I had this gaming truck for my son's 8th birthday. I was very displeased with the customer service given by both of the facilitators. The older gentleman was extremely rude when introducing himself and the rules to the kids. Did he forget this was an 8-year-olds birthday party? He lacked any enthusiasm to encourage fun. Beyond this the 20 year old kid with long hair in the truck was AWFUL! I have never been so disgusted. He was rude to the kids. He called my 10 year old son and his friend a loser with the L on top of his head. He also told them he was disappointed in how they played and asked if they didn't know how to play very rudely. At one point a group of kids came up to switch their game and he said to them, "I don't know what to tell you I don't really have any games for your age." I are you kidding me!!! I am paying for kids to be able to play. How do you not have games for their age!!!!! I was furious. They do have a rule that you can only switch games every 15 minutes which is fine but they don't even ask you which games you would like to start with. I had kids who didn't know how to play the game they had in when they entered the truck and weren't allowed to change it for 15 minutes. I paid $249 for 1.5 hours. I expect customer service and a little bit more engagement and respect with the kids. They should have been prepared for 8 year-old kids, which I don't think is that young for a gaming truck. I had a very bad experience there ! I don’t know who is the manager there but the process is awful. My controller died after 20 minutes of playing (was fully charged) and after that I was not allowed to use another controller, I was asked to wait until the controller charges abroad and just stand there doing nothing 😆, the place was empty and the employee could have just allowed us to use another controller, basically it was a rip off.
