As a local photographer, I couldn’t be happier to find myself in this supportive little community space. The main area itself is great for hosting events or coworking, yet theres also a variety of separate rooms for use- all with different amenities depending on what you’re in need of (full setup in the podcast room, conference room to host meetings /workshops, cozy mindfulness room, 2 photo studio spaces with various backdrops, couches/stools, lots of cool props, and even a bed setup) There’s a lot of flexibility if you’re just looking to rent a room or photo studio, or even the whole HAUS for an event or workshop- but I’ll tell you it’s the community that sets this place apart. There are women from all walks of life with various small businesses- all working towards a similar goal, to learn and thrive. It’s such a supportive network, bustling members chat for questions, feedback, social media tips or even just general Qs.3 There are definitely perks to being a member, and having the ability to pick a tier that fits what you need for your business is a huge bonus. I think the biggest win truly is the member events and workshops though. Sasha (and previously Crystal on the photo side) put so much time and effort into planning these events and workshops. Sasha offers so much insight in leading, building and branding yourself in ways specific to your business. And the community of women that show up to these events are just as supportive in brainstorming and giving unique perspectives and feedback as well. I’m someone who’s not typically a fan of large group activities/events- I usually feel a bit intimidated (and did at first), but as Ive gotten to know members more, it’s proven to be a positive space where we’re allowed to be vulnerable, though where you’re not pressured to if you’re not the type of person who likes to openly share or be called on. The founders have done an amazing job fostering this community and have always been open to and actively seeking feedback. Even if you’re not interested in a membership, there are always free events happening, and especially open co-working days and networking events you should take advantage of if you can. I’ve met some amazing people through Haus, and some photo besties. Keep an eye out for happening events! A few things that might be handy to note for photographers renting the studios: 1. It’s a shared space (unless you’re renting the whole Haus) so it’s important to note that sometimes there will be others coworking or renting another room. Both studio rooms have doors that close for privacy but just note that they’re not sound proof. 2. Second floor, no elevator. Herhaus is located in an older (but updated and still beautiful) building, with the suite being on the second floor. I’ll say the stairs are totally manageable for most, but if you’re thinking of bringing a lot of gear or large props, just note that you’ll be bringing them up some stairs. Or be sure to note if you or any clients may be differently-abled. 3. Lights / Equipment / props. It’s a natural light studio, with giant windows in both rooms (and soft white curtains). In one of the closets there are a couple of continuous panel lights and rings lights but no strobes etc. Although all of this is subjective to change, currently there plenty of options for seamless paper backdrops, a moveable wall with a sweet green or beige side, a wire with curtain, a bed setup with various bedding, different couches, peacock / wicker captains chair, various stools, vases and florals, mirrors, some rugs etc. And those are just in the two studio rooms. The rest of the space is just as cool and gorgeous with tons of options if you choose to rent out the entire space to play with, or are able to utilize some of the other rooms.

Joining Haus Collective a couple of months ago has been a game changer for me personally & professionally! As a photographer & newcomer to Denver, CO, meeting people who I can connect and vibe with on multiple levels is something I've been yearning for since I moved here so when I stumbled upon the Haus Collective through PeerSpace, I got a call from the owner Crystal to come, check out the studio, & meet some of the gals in the community. It felt warm, welcoming, & like home! The community is ahhhhhh-mazing & just what my soul needed as I embrace this new beautiful place I get to call home & dive further into my business! I have truly appreciated the fun social events, the workshops filled with valuable knowledge for us as business owners, and time hanging out exploring the area with the Haus community & their families. The space is stunning, versatile, & made for so many types of entrepreneurs & businesses from the photo studio to private offices to podcast studio. Highly recommend as a space for your future event, meeting, or photoshoot & if you're looking for a one-of-a-kind community!

The Haus Collective is one of the best communities for women in The Denver area! Ran by the sweetest women who are boss babes! Sasha and Crystal kill it and make sure their clients, friends and community are taken care of. I love hosting events here and also attending! It’s the most beautiful space inside with various breakout rooms and the aesthetic is on point 🩵
