I made an appointment to get my very first chemical peel. Being that this was my first experience, I was a little nervous and did not know what to expect. At first I was scared to ask questions because I didn’t want to look inexperienced. However, Analicia made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in the door. She walked me through every step and made sure to keep checking on my comfort level during the entire service. I even have this cool app she helped me download that walks me through post care steps day by day. I really felt as though I was being treated with the upmost amount of patience and respect. Not only did I feel important while getting the service, but I felt just as important leaving because Analicia wanted to make sure my skin is taken care of At home. So I got my brows laminated and tinted here a lil over two weeks ago, it was my first time getting anything of the sort done but I spent a week before doing all the research so I was able to explain what I was looking for. Throughout the process I felt uneasy as after adding wax I still wasn’t happy with the shape. The color was okay. I was told the shape and tint would look better after I was able to wash them off. Since it was my first time I took their word for it. Since then the tint had definitely faded quicker than expected, and my brows curled not even a week after, and I was very careful to take good care of them. I feel like I wasted $160 stuck with messy brows and still having to apply makeup over them entirely to look presentable after the first 24hrs. First time customer, my boyfriend found this place and wanted to pay for me to get them done so I went. I noticed they started to look “thin,” if that’s the right word. They’re supposed to be volume and look like this after maybe 5/6 weeks based off my past experience. My past lash appointments back where I used to go in AZ was 3 hours, this was 2 so I think that has to do with it too… Another hour would’ve made them look more voluminous. It’s mostly my right eye that looks like they already need a 4 week fill and I just got them done 3 days ago. I wanted to get a weekly fill but I’m afraid that the weekly fill won’t be enough time since time is what they go on to make them look like they should, full and fluffy.
