Worst pedi experience ever. They do not have a list of prices, and so I asked for it verbally. The technician said she’d bring the owner and she never came. Then when she finally did they had assumed I wanted all these extra things.

The quality of the pedicure is miserable. The files were soft and so the callus removal service that I requested was so unsuccessful. I will have to fix at home. My intention was to spoil myself and relax instead of doing it myself, but I really wish I would’ve just done a better pedi at home.

The owner had a whole temper crisis when I brought up her lack of pricing listed. She made many excuses for the shitty service but did not understand my concerns.

Needless to say, I am not surprised this place is closing if this is how the owner...

The place was very clean. Walk ins are welcome. The woman has spoke Vietnamese (many others did too) and was very nice and understanding when I told her my na wa crooked. The nail workers perspective of your nails are different from yours so that may be the reason why your nails are crooked. The ladies they were very and I mean super nice! Although they didn't know much English. My biggest con was that they were very aggressive with my nails. One of the ladies also made my auntie bleed. My nails were very half done. She snipped them randomly and some are slanted. She was very aggressive with the file and expected me to know how to use every machine.
