Cinnabon — Restaurant in Westminster

I called earlier this afternoon because I wanted to pick up Cinnabon‘s after work for somebody’s birthday for tomorrow morning because the mall doesn’t open until nine and I wanted them first thing in the morning. I was told that this place is open until seven I even offered to place prepay my order and she Whoever answered the phone told me that I could just pick up the special for Tuesday box when I come in cause I was just gonna reheat it in the morning anyway I get here at 6:35 PM and nobody’s here. I usually get my coffee and cinnamon roll from here but this time I am not talking about coffee or anything, I am gonna talk about my incredible experience each time with “ Johnanna Hernandez”. This young girl is so polite, patient and professional. I have worked in retail and I know how hard it could be sometimes. this young girl is doing great. This time I asked her name to mention here because I have dealed several times with her and never had any problems and each time I was satisfied with my coffee and especially her customer service. managers need to know their employees better and need to know if someone deservs any kind of...

I love Cinnabon but this place charged me 50% MORE than their listed prices. I paid $30 dollars for a 16 mini pack and should've only been charged $20!

They don't have ANY prices listed in the store. So they can charge you whatever they want unless you order online and pick it up in the store (which is what I WISH I did).

The mall itself (Westminster) is closing soon - al other stores are out of business (other than Target).. So I figure that's why they're charging so much more than their normal prices.
