Had part of my bachelor party here, my best man mainly dealt with the business. I will front load this review by saying I had a very fun time with the actual product during the small amount of time we were actually playing, so if you're looking for vr laser tag that experience was enjoyable. I will also say that I would not reccomend this venue for any event. One of the quotes I overheard from my best man booking this place was "there is a reason we have a 5 star rating". I can confirm with our experience that quality of service is not one of these reasons. We arrived early and there was one worker for the ten of us. So there was a long bottleneck with signing liability forms, and getting everyone set up for the game. We were standing doing nothing for an uncomfortable amount of time while this one worker was running back and forth calibrating ten headsets. I understand that he was trying his best, but i question only scheduling one person to host a party as large as ours. When we were set up, the game was a lot of fun, from what I understand their software is all in house, which I am personally very impressed with. After the game we decided to visit the lounge while promised the next vr game would be set up. From what I understood there would be refreshments an "open bar" and karaoke. Open bar was literally a target furniture bar in this lounge, with no refreshments. Karaoke was a ps3 with Rockband with very little selection, which was turned off, which meant the lone worker had to turn on and set up Rockband. When it was finally set up, there was no audio, and when we finally got that working, there was a loud screeching because of the feedback from the mic and the speakers. My best man at this point is understandably frustrated, and is trying to get another game of vr laser tag set up. Since there were a lot of us, we asked if teams can be set up, which apparently could, but our host did not know how to set that up. At this point I think someone else had shown up to help, and we were put into a regular vr tag game. About halfway through the game we had to "recalibrate the map". What this meant was that they had another party that was coming in, which meant they had to set up tables in half the room, so our group of ten was put into another game, half the size, in a game that was already chaotic because the workers did not know how to set up a team game. Our time expired and somewhere during this the owner showed up. He apologized to my best man, but by that time there was nothing to be done. They assured him he would be getting a refund, but only what was paid on the day, not the deposit which from what I understand was the majority of the cost. I felt as if our business was unwanted, this was booked weeks in advance, but we were only greeted by one member of their team. Nothing was set up in advance, there were no liability forms we could sign in advance, and valuable time we paid for was undercut by the business setting up for another party, not to mention the awkward amount of time waiting for the hosts to work the software they created. The silver lining was that the rest of my bachelor party went smoothly and was a lot of fun. Part of that fun was recounting this event, and the sheer absurdity of the operation of this establishment.

My son had a birthday party last fall that the kids had a blast with! So much fun to watch a bunch of 10-11 year olds wandering around in a room with VR headsets….lol. But then today my whole family got to experience it and I see why. It is so cool how you feel like you are actually in a dungeon and that the walls are real. Even though you are cartoons, everything makes you feel like you are there! Was fun for my son to actually escape today too! We were also able to do the 2 player escape room (Ward 9) as well and my wife and daughter had a blast…. Even if only one of them escaped…. Lol. They also own the ArenaVerse virtual laser tag which is incredible too! The owner went above and beyond last fall when there was a scheduling issue and every tech person we have interacted with was kind, fun, and helpful! Great place to spend an afternoon or plan a party!

Very awesome place to go with your friends or spouse to have some fun! Javi, was very friendly and took care of us while we were there! The game master we had did a great job (forgot her name though!). I definitely recommend the VR laser tag… that’s a blast! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for some fun. Reasonable pricing as well.

Will never come back to this place ever again. After waiting one hour for the VR headset, it was still broken and had to wait an additional 30 mins for it to work again. When we were in the game, the controllers did not click and we could not escape the rooms as half the game was missing. We then waited again and then after the game glitched on us. Why even try to fix the machine if it wasn't even going to work? Should of just sent us away instead of wasting our time. Such inexperienced workers who had to call the manager multiple times to try and fix the machines. We were disappointed as we drove two hours to this mall and booked a reservation to virtual reality because it was recommended by a friend. I wished that the owner, workers, or manager would of informed us that the machine was broken before even booking us. The man refused to refund us fully, but the drive to the place was already far. He wanted to give us a voucher. Due to negative experiences it was not a fun day and that turned my birthday celebration into a bad one. I went home disappointed. I will never return to this place and would not recommed it to anyone. Please all...

My siblings and I did the Goblin VR game and it was incredibly fun. According to our hosts, a lot of people struggled a bit with one specific puzzle so they took it out and created an Easy level that did not include that puzzle and a Hard level that did. It's literally the only difference between the two levels. Apparently it's because most of the people who have done this escape were first timers at escape rooms in general.

If you have experience in escape rooms then I recommend you do the "hard" level. My siblings and I have done escape rooms before and found the hard level puzzle not very challenging (honestly not bragging) but still super fun. We even made #1 on the leader board! We were told a new scifi group escape VR would be available in roughly two months so we'll definitely be back to try that out. I really wish they had more but I understand they're just starting out so I'm just trying to be patient until they have more...
