The bakery products are yummy and inexpensive, and authentic. I love their fesh flour tortillas and their size. I am also fond of the fact they fry up the corn tortillas to make tortilla chips. They also use their boxes to box up your groceries like Costco does. That's where the benefits stop. The store is not very clean. Even the produce section is not clean. 😬 They have a limited variety of products. The meat section is questionable. I've seen the meat section clean, and I've seen the meat section dirty and disgusting. I've also seen people place their meat package on the checkout belt and the package is dripping blood, and the cashier DOESN'T sanitize the belt! 🤯 The prices USED TO BE reasonable, not anymore. I limit my shopping at this place. I only shop here when there is something specific I need. Otherwise, I shop elsewhere. If they could just keep the meat area and belts at the checkout clean and sanitized, I might shop at Sav-A-Lot more often. But the condition it is 90% of the time steers me away from...

Worst experience. I was asked to pick up a cake for a company holiday party. There was no window to speak to anyone working in the bakery so I waited in line at a checkout lane. The light showing that the lane was open was on and the cashier told me that she was closed. There wasn't another lane open so I told her I was there to just pick up a cake. She then told me to just walk into the bakery where all the machines are to get the cake. Not only is that unsafe, it is also unclean and unprofessional. Incredibly disgusting. They didn't even put a lid on the cake so that nothing lands on it. I asked for a lid and they told me that we didn't provide one. Um ok. Trash location and...

I absolutely love the people here, this shows me there are still good people in this world, 2 ladies one on register (she had.long beautiful nails, the other had glasses).
