Coffee Celestial — Restaurant in Westminster

What a great discovery! I live in the neighborhood and for some reason today I looked up coffee shops and discovered one that was off my radar. I don't know how long they have been here, but I am so glad to have found Coffee Celestial.

The folks that helped me were so kind and welcoming, and I watched a man lovingly craft my drink. That may sound like an exaggeration, but it really isn't. Everything he did looked so intentional, and he even checked in with me to be sure he had my preferences correct. This is the first time I have ever received an iced latte with foamed oat milk on top and let me tell you, it was delicious!

I am super excited that this coffee shop opened up close to home! They are a Hispanic/latino family owned coffee shop that were so sweet to us! We tried their lattes (iced and hot) and they are pretty great. We are very picky about coffee so we are very happy that it was good and will be coming back. We also got their cheesecake cupcakes (which were sooo good) and they have a good selection of Mexican bread and other pastries.They have enough seating to sit down and eat or to actually work if you work from home. Just popped in for a coffee and my husband and I were totally surprised. We each had a very tasty egg, bacon and cheese breakfast burrito. My husband is pretty picky and had said it was impressive and very tasty (one of the best he's had in Denver) and very clearly homemade.
