Absolutely disgusting! Do not order food from this place. LOOK AT MY IMAGES!!! Too bad they get 1 star from me, that is too much of a rating. So, I ordered sesame chicken that was complete mush, literally no crispy texture at all and even the sauce was bland. Their "fried" rice is literally steamed rice with huge white rice clumps that has a brown food coloring affect to make it look fried lol. The "fried" rice was just as soft as steamed rice with no al dente "fried" rice texture also it was flavorless....(how do you efff up fried rice hahahaha) I also ordered their "Cheese" wantons, they have zero filling in them. I ordered through grub hub and attempted to get a return and refund initiated and the restaurant refused a refund due to "their customers love the way they prepare their food" and they literally apologized on my behalf as if this is a personal picky issue. lol Absolutely disgusting! If you like poor quality prepared food with zero flavor that is over priced (46$) then this is the restaurant for you, so glad I didn't tip 20% for my delivery lol please look at the images. wow, I am in shock and wouldn't even consider feeding this to a starving homeless person,...

I just ordered here after my regular Chinese food restaurant was closed for the day. My family is vegan and we normally have a limited menu when going out , even at Chinese places offering tofu etc. We called around to all of the Chinese places near us and asked what was vegan etc . Jackie Chan Chinese Kitchen was the most helpful and clear on what we could have , and even made adjustments so we could have what other Chinese food places do not offer ( such as making us fresh fried rice without egg , which was amazing and full of fresh, big veggies ) . We loved all the food, large portions, fresh veggies, great sauces , and tofu . Food came quickly , was cooked perfectly , and the person taking our order could not have been more helpful and professional .

We ordered delivery from Jackie's today. We've had their food before and it's always been delicious but for some reason today our food came in wrong sizes, under cooked wontons, and hard rice and noodles like they gave me food thats been sitting for a while. I spent 70 dollars on this meal because I have always liked what I got and because I have stomach issues and wanted food that would stay down but when I called to tell them that I wasn't happy with the food I was told that I was that only one to complain today, that they have been too busy, that everyone wants there food cooked differently, and finally that she packed my food and everything was right. I have never been treated so rudely! Especially when I start out by saying I like your food! I'm extremely angry with they way she thought she could talk to me. I wanted to pack all the food up and drive it back to them after she so rudely hung up on me. I will not be returning there on principle of this lady whom from other reviews has done...
