The food was ok but the wait staff are so sorry , My colleague and I were TDY to Denver for a couple of weeks, we come to this place on Sep. 16, 2021. The restaurant post menu on the wall, but when we asking if we can have menu to read on the table, it seems they are not happy to help, ten minutes later when we ask questions from menu, they get even angrier, staff acting not happy to answer speak Vietnamese languages to their own people in front of us, from there, all these young boy waiters carrying an attitude on the face all the way, even when they hand out the food is very unprofessional, and the whole meal we have, they were not even stop by to offer anything, we ask straws were just simply annoyed.
Look at the pictures I post, how can I read the menu on the wall like that as a paying customer, besides, look at the condiments on the table they offer, I don’t know how do they doing their cleaning side job daily? Take a good look at the second picture, we can see clearly some old food was on the wall menu, if it wasn’t considered the traffic, we were just about to walk away in...
Read moreFirst time visiting this restaurant. Not the first time eating here. Was introduced to the sesame chicken by my son who lived close to Pho on 74th and frequently ate here. I've only eaten the sesame chicken which is really really good. Crispy white meat with a perfect medium spice or how you like it. It was not easy to see where exactly entrance/business is from parking lot unless you're far away. Called and placed order ahead of time and the man who answered was far from pleasant. Walked in to pick up order where it felt "dirty", humid, sticky air. Sat down and waited for order and noticed an area where food was covering the floor and had n9t been cleaned up. Walls were dirty. Glass on doors was dirty. Countertop felt gummy. I asked if they had any paper menus and was told to go to a website he spit out so fast like he didnt want me to get it all. When my order was ready the same man said, "Sesame Chicken" and tossed it on the table close to me. Presentation and customer service are EVERYTHING and can easily make the best place for...
Read moreHorrible experience if I could get less than one star I would for a bowl of pho the small is $9.50 which is basically broth and noodles for any type of meat that's in additional 1 to $3 from the seating staff to the wait staff they were rude very unfriendly very unprofessional. Most pho restaurants you receive one plate of condiments/ two bowls of Pho at this one we were told to share to plates of condiments / 6 bowls which is hardly enough condiments to cover 6 bowls. I asked for hot tea single cup I was brought with the liquid semi warm I've been feeling a little bit under the weather that's why we chose to go eat Pho and drink some hot tea, however I would have been better off buying some ramen noodles and making my own tea at home because you can buy Sriracha and hosen sauce at the store and make your own it would have been a lot better and save me a lot more money. This is one pho restaurant my family and I will...
