Well, first off, there is no online menu that I could find, so I used the pictures on here and Yelp to order pick up over the phone. The woman on the phone was hasty and rude, when I said I wanted the shrimp vermicelli bowl, she seemed really confused about the shrimp, and asked me how many shrimp... I said, “Uh, the normal amount that comes on a shrimp vermicelli bowl?!” I don’t work there, why was she asking me? I understand there was language barrier, but it was a rather simple order. After I think she has my order, I wait 10 mins and go pick it up. This is where things get really disappointing, I pay $15.10 and get my order and walk out. When I get home I see that there is only iceberg lettuce with plain vermicelli noodles on top, a small cup of fish broth, and 6 small shrimp. I did locate about 2 individual bean sprouts, but not a single slice of cucumber, indicating that they are incredibly cheap and cutting corners, the ingredients I was served, cost them about $3, maybe, and their menu states it should come with bean sprouts and cucumber (I guess two sprouts was multiple sprouts...) The spring rolls are thin, and the beef tastes not so much like beef.... the peanut sauce was weird too, and too dark. Don’t waste your hard earned money here on $3 noodles you could make at home. Ew. Maybe the pho is something they do better?

Lily Saigon Pho Grill is such a hidden gem. The food is consistently amazing and super tasty, with flavors that always hit the spot. We had the rare beef pho and the bun dac biet, and both were delicious. It’s affordable, never too busy, and the service is warm and friendly. You can tell it’s a family-owned place that takes pride in what they serve. It might look unassuming from the outside, but once you try it you’ll realize it’s one of the best spots around for pho and Vietnamese dishes. Highly recommend!

Let me preface, I've worked in various kitchens for decades. So, the chicken dumplings/pot stickers turned out to be deep fried pre made dumplings. They could have at least steamed them, and or pan fried them. I also ordered the beef Kung Pao. Unfortunately I received chicken sauted with a ton of vegetables and almost no sauce. The man who greeted me was very friendly and nice, but that's the only good point I can report about this restaurant. Not worth the 25$!!

I've been coming here for nearly 15 years, at least since high school, food has always been phenomenal and service has always been great!

Edit: Y'know, it's been a couple years, and I gotta edit this a bit, and taking one star for what I'll explain. Recently a couple times I've come here and as usual, the food's great, however lately whenever the man who always has his hand in his pocket, (henceforth referred to as Hand Pocket) also usually has a laptop at the booth closest to the register, whenever he's there, my order is always wrong, I don't like onions, and not super big on the cilantro that they put in the pho, so I always order it without, first time recently I'd ordered from him, not only was there onion and cilantro, it was just outright wrong, so after getting it, I asked for what I ordered and to take it back, (The normal thing you'd do when you get something you didn't order.) and once again asked to make sure there was no onion or cilantro. Anyway, there was both onion and cilantro in there.

Another thing, the other guy who's there that I usually order from, generally brings out the plate of bean sprouts, limes and other stuff I'm not a fan of out, along with a little dipping cup/bowl thing, I usually put some hoisin and dip my spring rolls in that, as I'm not super big on the peanut sauce either. Hand Pocket brings it out with the pho and doesn't bother to include the little dippy bowl. Like, if it's a one time thing, sure, I get that, but everytime I have had a bad experience, it's when Hand Pocket is there.

Actually went in there on the 11th, cause I wanted some good pho for my birthday lunch, I was immediately disappointed to see the laptop sitting in the booth closest to the register, so I just turned and walked out.

Thing is, I know the guy's been there forever, I've been going to this place since high school, at least since I was 18, maybe even 17, so I recognized him right off the bat before I had that first issue with the wrong order mentioned above, if it's a once or twice thing, it happens, but when I have at least 5 instances that I know of, ALL of when he was there, it's no longer coincidence.

So if you've been here, and you didn't like it, think about it, was Hand Pocket there? If he was, try it again, if you see Hand Pocket, turn around, walk out, and check...

I called in a order for 4 people 3 of us ordered the same thing and one wanted vegan egg rolls. But realized she didn't want to eat so I immediately called back to cancle the egg roll order it took me five mins to explain why she canceled the order because she kept asking me why doesn't she want the order anymore yadayada. So I finally pick up my order and we're all paying separate she tries to sneak in that order of egg rolls that I cancelled and told me that my workers called them back and said they did want it I knew she was full of it . She was like call them I wanna hear for myself that she don't want the egg rolls I couldn't believe what a hard time she was giving me just because someone canceled their order . She finally was like whatever next time just know what you want before you call it in. Then she was ringing up the order I had a 7 dollar plate and she was telling me it was 12.50 I asked for the menu so I can double check and make sure it was "12.50" she closed the menu on me and said I need to hurry because she had others waiting there was no one behind me ! I finally saw the menu the plate said It was 6.25 so where the hell is the other 6 coming from ? And i asked for a receipt she wrote it on a sticky note , im so frustrated by then I had wasted half of my lunch break going back and forth with her . I gave her the money. But just know me and my employees will never set foot in there agian so in the end crying about us canceling one order then upping the price when it clearly didn't match your menu your loss of a staff to eat there and spend money in the future , could have added up . Horrible lady she was ,poor guest service, and very rude she's going to put a dent in...

We used to go here regularly a few years ago (we liked them quite a bit then), and decided to pay a visit again for old times' sake. That was a mistake. Immediately we were greeted with the smell of sewage that was hard to ignore. I think some incense would have helped mask it a little bit, at least. But we decided to give them a chance anyway.

The guy working the counter seemed decently nice enough; nothing special, but no complaints about him.

The atmosphere was dreary, with no other patrons around (not necessarily in their control so they get a pass on that). The walls were visibly dirty with webs in the corners, and hardly any visibly interesting decorations (ironically the only thing you could see was a best of award, from 2009.. FIFTEEN YEARS AGO.), to at least lighten the mood.

The Boba was undercooked and mealy. The spring rolls were dry and bland. The pho broth had a decent enough taste (a little Campbell's tasting, but passable), but there was hardly any meat in there in ratio to the noodles. My wife ordered an egg noodle bowl with pork, and the pork tasted very old. They also forgot to put any eggs or wontons into the soup as it was advertised. The prices were as high as ever, but the quality has taken a depressing nose-dive. Not worth the price for the quality you get.

I guess the eclectic set of crackheads walking around the shopping center made things slightly interesting if you're into people-watching.

I hate to say it, but we couldn't get out of there fast enough, and we won't be...
