KFC — Restaurant in Westminster

Stay away! Over the last few years I've come here because it was good the first few times and occasionally they get it right. But when things go wrong, they really go wrong. I'd say you have a 50% chance to have problems. It appears to be tied to one manager.

So when it goes right, they have the best chicken, always just right. Sides, well those are too simple. How can you screw up corn from a can?

When it goes wrong, take a Valium. The chicken will still likely will be cooked right but you'll be missing a piece, hey dark instead of white, whatever. The sides will be wrong or missing. No napkins. No fork. Soda will be wrong. AND YOU'LL BE THE ONLY CAR IN THE DRIVE THRU. Honestly one small error, ok. But either they are all legally smoking weed to increase their IQ or they are doing this on purpose.

If they are out of anything you'll have to play 20 questions to complete your order. The training manual one of the managers uses must be "How to be a Schmuck for Dummies".

If you must come, be prepared. If you come 3 times and all went well until, BAM, it didn't. Don't say you weren't warned. Keep a Valium in your pocket...

I'm so disappointed! This is the ONLY KFC that I like and will go to. I never have any issues with the food or the staff. I visited during lunch hours 12:30pm, spent $30! Fruit punch drink tasted FOUL and RANCID as if they haven't cleaned or sanitized their fountain machine nozzles in MONTHS! Took one sip and had to throw it away! And the chicken was OLD as if it had been saved from the day before! If it wasnt old then the fryer oil must be old. Chicken was warm, not hot, but completely horrible. Again, I drive out of my way to go to this specific KFC because I've always have a great experience. I hope this is just a one-time incident and these food quality issues get corrected so I can continue to give them my business. Our family was hungry but wasn't willing to get a terrible stomach ache...

Ordered and was repeated to me correctly then when I get home we have large mashed potatoes and gravy and we didn't get the mac n cheese the sweet corn and one of two sweet teas weren't sweet and the 10 box only came with two pieces of chicken instead of three as on the menu... so I called and went back to only get what I needed which they were nice enough but once I got home again another large mashed potatoes and gravy with the missing corn and I was still missing the mac n cheese... I called them 2nd time telling them they got the side wrong and if they were out of mac n cheese... and they were asking me to come back and I told them I'm not wasting gas to go back again for their mistake. Not coming back to this one ever again they lost a good customer.. and we had been going...
