When i got my guest pass, I love the atmosphere because of how I was treated until the incident I saw last week. I was walking on the treadmill until I saw this lady around her late 30s run up to a group of kids and start cussing them out. I have no idea why but you are grown up. Why you are yelling at children? Even worse, when I saw the asian worker go up to them, I thought he was going to deescalate the situation but no, he decided to kick out the kids when they were just casually working out. You had no need to scream at them, they’re only children. Calm yourself down, its not their fault you’re angry about your life. Was that lady his friend? While losing 43 pounds was a challenging endeavor, John's guidance helped me to venture beyond my comfort zone. I greatly appreciate how he tailors exercises to accommodate my medical needs while still providing a stimulating workout that significantly improves my endurance.
