I have been a member of Club Pilates Westmont since December 2021 and I only wish I had started sooner! My mom suggested I try Pilates as a low-impact workout to mix up my routine, which was at the time mainly HITT workouts. When I went back home for a visit, she took me to her Club Pilates studio (different state) to try it out and when I returned, I promptly signed up at Westmont.
The front desk staff, as well as the instructors, are very welcoming and remember me by name, which is a courtesy I appreciate. They are available for questions and have called back promptly when I have left a voicemail. The staff also keeps the studio very clean and fully stocked. There is a small retail section where you can grab grip socks and other apparel.
I enjoy the variations in each class (there is always a new move I havenāt done before) and the different class types offered ā I never feel bored. My class type favorites are Flow and Control. You can also be provided with modifications if you have an injury, and to just let the instructor know before class begins. For instructors, my go-to is Paige ā she is FANTASTIC. Her instructions are clear and I appreciate her reminders on body positioning for the current move youāre doing. She also keeps the class at a good pace and you feel like you are getting the most out of her class. My advice is to clone her and put her in each studio š.

Plenty of last minute cancellations and 9 times out of 10, you can get in the class. Studio is clean and well ventilated. I love the cardio sculpt class and I will wake up before 6am to make Carolineās class on Wednesdays! Christy is also amazing!

Iāve been taking Pilates classes for about 1.5 years and still love it! I changed my membership to the unlimited classes which has been great - it allows me to try different class styles and work with different instructors, who all have their own styles when teaching. I love Christy, Caroline, and Jenna - and I try to go to their classes every week! Christyās classes are especially fun since she changes up the sequence and keeps it interesting and challenging - sometimes, Iām surprised 45 minutes have gone by! I regularly attend 3 Reformer Flow 1.5 classes per week, and the difference I've experienced in my core strength, balance, flexibility and confidence is remarkable. The instructors and staff are supportive, and they keep the classes challenging. The incredibly efficiently designed workstations and equipment allow for a wide variety of exercises so you don't get bored because you never have the same class twice.
