On 4/15 I order the cap under our swim team. The person that I talked to said the club cut off for the oder is 5/12 and we will get the cap at the end of May. However, apparently, only half of the club order get shipped at the end of May. The other half has yet to arrive. Our first meet was 6/13 and we have to wear the team cap and my daughter doesn't like the latex one that was given for free by the club.
One thing that I don't understand is if the club cut off date is 5/12 why only half order get processed and why the other half was processed late. I have paid my order since 4/15 and it has been two months and I have not received my order.
Perhaps the store needs to visit their order process and there is no apology made by the store that I have not received my order. Customer service may also need to improve on how to handle this kind of situation...
