I went in today ready for my next pair of running shoes. I’m pretty familiar with the process of getting fitted for the right pair and the young man, Vinny, was certainly up to the task. He was encouraging, helpful, attentive, and careful to make sure he listened to my needs so he could make the best informed decision instead of telling me what I need. I think what impressed me most was that after talking for a minute and assessing my feet and pronation, etc, he came back with 5-6 options and specifically held one aside saying, “I think I’ll save this one for last… I have a good feeling about this one.” The very first pair I tried, I thought, “wow, he nailed it first go! These feel great!” It was a hard one to beat, but he let me try in a few more, letting me try brands I’d mentioned loved ones having and loving or ones I’d thought I had an affinity for before coming in. Essentially, he didn’t feel they were necessarily the right pick for me, but he wanted me to have the confidence of knowing I’d tried them and found that I agreed rather than just tell me no those won’t work. I felt very validated by that. Finally, we came to the last pair and I was still so sure I’d wind up with the first pair he gave me to try… he handed me the last pair with a smile and said, “alright, I think these are the ones.” And I joked that it would be hard to top the first ones, until I slipped them on and stood up. I couldn’t believe the fit and the comfort. It’s like he knew just looking at me what I needed, but wanted ME to know we’d tried several so I wouldn’t doubt my purchase when I walked out the door. Vinny knows his stuff and I’m really glad I went to the Weston location instead of the Davie one I’ve always gone to in the past.

I’ll definitely be back and will ask for him when the next pair comes...

Don’t walk RUN to this store if you need anything sneaker running shoe related. It is my #1 go to spot for my athletic footwear. I came upon this company through my mother who was having knee and ankle problems. Her doctor recommended that we stop by runners depot on 17th street causeway to get the shoes she would need to help her heal. The gents at that location were so kind and helpful that I myself got an awesome pair of running shoes for my flat feet and they helped me tremendously.

That was a year ago. Now I am living in Davie and was in need of a new pair of running shoes but didn’t have the time to go all the way to Fort Lauderdale to grab a new pair. But as luck would have I found this runners depot gem in Weston today. And I gotta tell ya the service here is impeccable. Even my boyfriend was impressed and mentioned it to me on the way out.

SHOUT OUT to Chuck and Steve for all their help today and their amazing service. They really knocked it out of the park. They looked up my information through my mothers name to see what purchases were made because I forgot the name of the exact shoe I got. But now it no longer fit right it felt too tight. So they found me another one in the color I need with new insoles just for my specific needs and voila! My foot and ankle pain went away immediately! This place is everything you could want in a personalized shopping experience. Worth every penny. Thank you again guys for all...

My family and I use to love this place and Leo always gave us excellent customer service, any pair of shoes we would always come here first, no complaints on customer service. The reason why i'm giving two stars is because their warranty is not good and when it comes to shoes you want protection. I bought a pair On Clouds and within 4-5 months they had teared, and i had only used them lightly so it made no sense for this to happen. when I called Runners Depot to see if I could do an exchange they said they only covered within 3 months of purchase while On Cloud told me they would've done the exchange for me ( i believe they cover your purchase within the year) but that unfortunately since I bought them at Runners Depot I had to go through their warranty so i might as well just buy my shoes directly from the On Cloud website in the future since they have a better warranty.

It's unfortunate since my entire family loves to shop here but we rather have a better guarantee in case something like this happens in the future. Wish they would've allowed me to...
