Ok...I am not too smart! I should have read my own review below. Because of the convenience and I knew that the lady that was rude in the past moved to the main office. So...I was hoping things changed. Well...the short answer is NO! The customer service was just as bad if not worse. At first, I was happy because there was only 1 customer ahead of us when we walked in. Well to summarize; the employee was not knowledgeable and rude. He provided a rude, no look greeting and then it went down hill from there. After he falsely glanced at the title; he said that we needed a Bill of Sale to transfer title. When I explained that I read on the State of Florida web site that was not necessary because State of Washington has a place on the title for the sell price and date. He rudely disagreed and he actually "dismissed me". Lets just say...I LOST MY TEMPER and let him know it as I walked out. I wish I had been more calm but...he was so rude that I lost it! I knew that we didn't need a Bill of Sale. We immediately drove to the Agency (I don't know the name) on the south side of Griffin Rd just east of Pines Blvd. We were finished with the Title Transferred in approximately 10 minutes including friendly staff with good customer service. So that proves my point that I was right. Stay away from the Weston location (branch office) until the Main office provides customer service training "AND" monitors the changes! NOTE: Unfortunately I do have to go back to the Griffin Rd office on Friday (2nd business day) to pickup the tag which we didn't expect but at least we made the transfer.
Previously 7mos Ago: Slowest and worse customer service ever! Seriously this place is always too busy and never enough people working here. They prefer to answer the phone than deal with the people waiting. I am amazed that this place can stay in business. I would rate them "no stars"...
Read moreWe had previously gone to another Tags Office and they were not very accommodating In fact they were very short and rude. My Wife suggested we go to the Tags Office in Weston. They were amazing extremely professional from our first visit they explained to us what we needed and how the process worked that woman and I don't remember her name was very knowledgeable and very professional. Once all paper work was secured they called us back to get our Tags. Our second trip was handled by Ricardo again very knowledgeable and professional. Ricardo helped us through the process and got us on our way. This was our first time dealing with a Tags Office as we have recently moved here to Florida, I would recommend anyone that needs this service to go to the Weston Office. Not only are they Knowledgeable & Professional but they are Friendly and Helpful. Thank You to the Woman that helped us on our first visit and Ricardo who helped us navigate through the rest of the process.
Well needed to go to Tags Office again buying out my lease and looking to get the correct information on Registration & Title. No Question I went to the Weston Tags Office if there was a way to give them more than 5 Stars I would give them no less than 25 Stars. Always quick Always the Right Answers and most of All Always Profesional and Very Courteous. They are very patient with all their customers as we all have different situations we're dealing with. Don't waste your time at another Tags Office just go to Weston !
June 20th 2025 I had the pleasure of going into the Wseton DMV again and just want to say what a pleasure it is to do business there. They are so professional, polite and helpful. I highly recommend anyone needing DMV business in Broward County to go to the Weston Office. Thank You to the Lady that assisted me today such a...
Read moreIt is very disappointing to see how employees that deal with people on a daily basis have no patience, have a terrible attitude and no professionalism. Dealing with tags, titles, returning tags, etc., is not something that regular people deal with on a regular basis.
When you use the website to make an appointment, nowhere there it says that the appointments are just for titles, so when you make the appointment and you get there, you are told that you have to wait anyways because that appointment doesn’t work for renewals or other things, yet there are no more options when you sign in.
While I was there today, I witnessed how one of the employees got very frustrated because one of the costumers made a mistake and she had to do her job again. Not only did she raise her voice, embarrassed and humiliated those people who were on the older side, but after they left, she thought it would be ok to share her frustration with another customer, saying out loud how it was not ok with her to waste her time like that, when there were a lot of other people waiting there for a long time.
But yet it was ok to waste her time having that conversation with a perfect stranger who had no business with it. When it was my turn, I also got the eye-roll attitude, but I stopped her by saying: “I have no idea how the returning a license plate process works.” It only took her 2 minutes to do it, but I waited for 1 1/2 hours because there was no information. And when I first asked, I was told to “raise my voice,” because she said: “are you talking to me? Because I have my music and tv going and can’t hear you,” with a nasty attitude.
Someone needs to have those people take a class on public relations and customer service. I was very surprised to find that kind of...
