Very much appreciate having a working refrigerator now thanks to Ivan! Mine was freezing some of the food where it shouldn’t be freezing, after the headache of trying literally everything to fix it, I decided I needed help. Ivan came in with a helper, quickly diagnosed the issue (needed new damper), politely and thoroughly explaining what the problem was and fixed it right then and there. We did discuss the issue prior to his visit, he was kind of enough to bring the part in just in case, luckily we didn’t have to wait for any parts to come in. It was as he suspected. I will definitely be calling up these guys again just in case anything else goes haywire.
