This was my first time coming to this In-N-Out location and I was so disappointed at their service. I work 7 mins from this location and since I had forgotten my lunch at home, I decided to stop at In N out. I saw that the drive thru line was a little busy and decided to just go inside the store since there were only 6 orders waiting for their food and one person ahead of me to order.
My number was number 42, when I got my receipt at 6:23pm, they were passing out orders 37. I waited for 20 mins and one of the employees kept calling number "40", not once but many times. When I heard that they were passing huge orders (mostly big family orders) that were number 47, 48 I went to inquire about my order and explain that I was at lunch break and asked what was going on with my order. No one knew, then this girl said that the order number 40 that had been standing there for a while was mine. I told her, "no, my order number is 42 and that has been seating there for a while. She said, "We can remake it but its going to take another 10 mins". Are you serious, by this time I had been at the lobby for 25 minus waiting for 1 cheeseburger and fries and people that had order animal fries with huge orders had gotten their food 10 mins before I did. I was already very late for work and asked for my money back. Not even an apology, a free drink or anything for you guys making a mistake and wasting my valuable time. While I was waiting, a lady had to come back to ask for some missing fries and an older man had asked for a hamburguer with cheese and lettuce and they ended up putting the spread and tomato and he also had to wait. SO MANY MISTAKES and DISORGANIZE.
HORRIBLE MANAGER! That blonde girl that was working on 10/08/2020 at 6:50pm came with an attitude and wrapped the cash and gave me a refund without even apologizing or addressing a concern. I had paid with VISA and now with COVID the least thing I want to do is been grabbing money that is going around but she did not even asked me if I wanted the funds back to my card which is the NORMAL thing to do.. Not because you guys are busy it means that you are doing a good job, it means the food is good.
I went back to work crying and hungry and my shift did not end until 9:30pm. I love In-N-Out and had never had an issue with the one by Tustin Marketplace which is the one by my house but this is the last and only time that I come to...

Hopefully in the future, I'll see an In-N-Out on the East Coast. In the meantime though, I have no problem going to Cali to get my In-N-Out fix. Out of all the fast food burger chains, In-N-Out is without a doubt my favorite. They've been around since the late 40s and developed a cult following.
100% beef chuck ground in their grinding facilities. Delivered fresh every single day. It's never frozen, and that makes a huge difference compared to other chains. The bun-to-meat-to-condiment ratio is perfect, with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, grilled onions, hot pickled chilies, and a Thousand Island-esque spread. Love their toasted soft rolls that hold and absorb the sauce without falling apart like some burgers (AHEM, Five Guys). The cheese is gooey, toppings are fresh, and they've got their own special awesome sauce. And two more words: Animal Style.
For quality, freshness, consistency, customer service, and value, In-N-Out wins hands down. You're going to get the best customer service at In-N-Out versus other fast food burger chains. They treat their staff really well too; it's very employee-centered and that's a rarity these days in fast food chains.
If Anthony Bourdain, Thomas Keller, Gordon Ramsay, Julia Child, and Mario Batali are all fans of In-N-Out, that says something. In-N-Out is definitely what a hamburger should...
Read moreI went to in n out with my friend today on his lunch. We walked in and a lady took our order. My friend ordered just an animal style fry that is all. After us in line there was a group of kids. We sat and patiently waited for our order. After about 10 minutes we still had not gotten our order even though all we had was fries. There were orders much larger than ours being served with not only burgers, drinks, shakes but ANIMAL STYLE FRIES. Pretty soon we started to notice that even the group of kids ( who were behind us in line) were even getting their food which included burgers and oh what do you know, animal style fries. We waited a little longer and the lady noticed we still hadn't gotten out 1 ORDER OF FRIES so she told a cook and he looked over and shook his head. After 25 minutes we ended up canceling the order of fries because his lunch was pretty much over. The lady at the register told the cook she had talked to earlier to cancel the fries Which he had still NOT EVEN BEGAN TO MAKE. She said she was sorry and just gave my friend his cash back. This visit was very irritating and it was horrible service. Honestly there were about 10 people who had gotten their full order of burgers before we got our little 1 order of fries. I really am disappointed and hope that it wasn't because my friend was...
