Happy Nails & Spa — Local services in Westpark

I went there couple days ago to get my nails done as I got in the store I never got any greetings from no one. They were staring at me, so what are you doing here. Lol I told him I need to get my nails and my toes done so they made me to sit in the chair and there was no one to get my nails done but this guy says Says two minutes. i’m sitting there for like almost 8 minutes and I asked him like is there anyone available or what he’s like? Yeah yeah yeah so finally this lady came and started working on my toes and then the other lady came and worked on my nails I knew these girls they don’t know what to do. My nails looks horrible and there were such a liars. Customer arrives in the store and they have no workers and they promised them have a seat in two minutes. This young guy walks in and asked for to get his eyebrows waxed and this guy says have a seat two minutes and this lady was supposed to get his eyebrows down is the lady who does my toes and this guy is in hurry I feel so bad for him and I told him you know what go ahead get his eyebrows down I can wait, she was really happy and she got his eyebrows done and she came back and she tanked me. When I get finished I went to cashier to pay the money they charge me $85 for all the service. I don’t know what she did just to get my nails and my toenails for $85. I was so upset and I paid them guy and I just left. They are just thieves and liars. Don’t ever come to the store Specially the guy that manages store is such a liar in such a rude person. I would never recommend this...

Disgusting! Not sure why non service dogs are allowed up at the manicure stations but apparently this is OK with them. I went for a manicure and they seated a lady next to me with a filthy dirty dog sitting in her lap next to me. I couldn't believe it! After watching this woman and the animal up on the arm rest I thought how unsanitary and got up and ended my manicure half way through.

I was asked to pay for the WHOLE THING! Absolutely unacceptable! I explained that this should have never happened! It was unsanitary and that it was not a service dog and if it was the dog should have been placed on the floor. Front desk girl, Van was her name with all kinds of attitude did not like me discussing my FEELINGS at the front tried to make sure no one else heard my concerns, told me she would make it up to me next time as she made me pay for the whole thing.

The owner was called and they still made me pay for the whole thing even though I DID NOT RECEIVE THE ENTIRE SERVICE!!! i will make a formal complaint with the State Cosmetology Board. I was told I was on video tape for my behavior, I thought, "Great" I hope the state gets to review what they are doing!!!

Will never go back and just because I am a woman of principal I will take them to small claims court to get my money back!

Just flew in from the sunshine state of Florida. Staying at hotel irvine, happy nails & spa was the closest in distance. I love how quick they put me in a massage chair and started my manicure. The nail tech didnt know but i am a licensed nail tech and when i tell ya she followed every step needed when giving a CORRECT manicure. Very pleased. Best manicure i have received as nail salons rush on your hands and feet now a days, Happy nails & Spa took their time! I wish i remembered her name she appeared younger than the rest. No long wait times, great personalities of work assosiates, clean environment (someone always cleaning), television with great slideshows to grab your attention while being serviced, Thank you happy nails & spa.
