I asked for lite cheese, I did NOT get lite cheese.
I got a large and it was sized more like a medium.
The pizza ingredients may have been fresh; I don’t know. What I do know is that it was bland and not close to the value of what I paid.
Part of the dough was undercooked, which is ridiculous considering they have a pretty thin crust.
It is blatantly obvious that this place is understaffed:
I ordered several hours ahead for a pickup; when I got there on time, they had not even started making the order yet. I had to wait another 20-30 minutes for the pizza to be made.
While I was waiting, the phone kept on ringing nonstop and no one answered it. It was just one phone call that kept on ringing. When I tried to call earlier, I was left on hold for 20 minutes. I finally understood why it seemed like they had so many callers!
There were two teenagers in the back making the pizzas very slowly, one ringing up orders, and one person driving the delivery orders. That’s 3 in-house employees on Valentine’s Day, when this place is offering specials. They obviously were doing the best they can but Fresh Brothers could improve drastically if they hired even one more person to make the orders more efficiently.
The only plus is they made a heart shaped pizza on Valentine’s Day, which was cute. My girlfriend liked it.

Read moreI’m really really really mad at this place. How dare they only be in California when I CLEARLY need them where I live!
But really, we’re in town visiting family and took a shot in the dark for a pizza and oh goodness, are we glad we did.
We ordered the regular crust pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. Neither of us like a ton of sauce on our pizza and I forgot to ask for light sauce. This is the first time we’ve ever had pizza together where we’ve been EXCITED that there was the normal amount of sauce on it. It was (in my opinion) the best pizza sauce I’ve ever had. Everything about the pizza was perfect.
The wings?! How beautiful is it that they’re not DRENCHED in oil! We opted for the Cajun dry rub and were pleasantly surprised that they weren’t 90% salt like a lot of rubs tend to be! Most of the things normal people crab about with pizza places are non-existent.
The only thing I’m sad about? That I have to wait until next time we’re back to visit to...
Read moreI've purchased pizza from Fresh Brothers multiple times, and would have probably recommended the place until the latest visit - the person who was cutting/packing the pizza was wearing the single use gloves on the kitchen (which is a must during epidemics), but then this person took couple of pizza to bring them out to Doordash driver, they opened the door with gloves when exiting, then opened the door when entering, touched couple of surfaces inside, and then went to cut/pack another pizza without taking a clean pair of gloves (I happen to wait for my pizza and was observing the whole thing). Sorry, that's not OK, even during regular times they should have washed their hands ... Waiting extra 10 minutes to get my pizza and the need to get inside to get it (instead of promised curbside pickup) sounds like nitpicking. As of pizza - Ok pizza, not the best,...
