DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE!!! WARNING!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS, AND ADDITIONALLY THINK THEY ARE ABOVE THE LAW. THEY CLAIM MY DOG JUMPED UP ON THE DELIVERY GUY. MY DOG IS THE FRIENDLIEST DOG YOU COULD OWN. THEY BLACKBALLED US. THE CATERING GUY IS SARCASTIC, AND RUDE ON THE PHONE, HAS NO IDEA HOW TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE AND TOOK IT UPON HIMSELF HOW TO MAKE UP THE RULES. THEY ALSO LIED AND TOLD ME THERE WERE SOME, "ISSUES" DELIVERING FOOD HERE IN ORANGE AND THEN STARTED MAKING UP EXCUSES NOT TO DELIVER THE FOOD. THEIR BAGELS ALSO SUCK, THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER PLACES YOU CAN GO FOR BAGELS, DON'T USE THEM OR YOU WILL BE SORRY, I'VE DEALT WITH MANY BUSINESS OVER THE YEARS AND THESE PEOPLE ARE BY FAR THE WORST. FINALLY, THE PLACE IS UNHEALTHY ACCORDING TO THE HEALTH DEPT. HERE IS THE LAST REPORT: Improper TPHC Procedure The stickers for the jalepeno and cheddar bagels, cheese and six cheese bagels were observed missing from the containers or packages. Manager showed the log for the following food items. The time had already expired for the following food items. The food shall be marked or otherwise identified to indicate the time that is four hours past the point in time when the food is removed from temperature control.
(1) The food shall be cooked and served, served if ready-to-eat, or discarded within four hours from the point in time when the food is removed from temperature control. (2) The food shall be marked or otherwise identified to indicate the time that is four hours past the point in time when the food is removed from temperature control. (3) The food in unmarked containers or packages or marked to exceed four-hour limit shall be discarded. (4) Written procedures shall be maintained in the food facility and made available to the enforcement agency upon request, that ensure compliance with this section and Section 114002, for food that is prepared, cooked, and refrigerated before time is used as a public health control. Corrective Action Taken: The violation was corrected by an employee discarding the food. See Voluntary Condemnation and Destruction (VC&D) form. Lack of/Improper Handwashing/Handwashing Sup. Observed no soap at the handwash sink at the front food preparation area. Observed no paper towels in the dispenser at the back handwash sink. Provide and maintain handwashing soap and single-use sanitary towels in dispensers (or hot air blowers) at, or adjacent to, all handwashing facilities.
Improper Holding Temperatures of PHF Potentially hazardous foods were measured at the following temperatures: Sausages holding at 44F on the cold table. Ham holding at 44F on the cold table. Salmon holding at 44F on the cold table. Cream cheese holding at 47F on the cold table. Chicken salad holding at 44F on the cold table. Observed an accumulation of old debris and grime on all the food racks at the food preparation area. Observed an accumulation of grime and old debris on numerous trays on the food racks. Observed an accumulation of debris on the panel inside the ice machine. Observed an accumulation of debris on the condenser inside the walk-in cooler. Observed an accumulation of debris on the fan guards inside the walk-in cooler. Maintain all equipment, utensils and facilities clean, fully operative and in good repair. Read moreThis was the WORST curbside ordering experience of my life. For starters, I waited in my car for 3 minutes with my hazard lights on as the instructions told me to (and I do at the other locations). After 3 minutes passed and no bagels delivered, the sign suggested I call for delivery of my bagels. I proceeded to enter the store, thinking it would be faster since I was in a hurry. Nope. Ignored by multiple employees and then the GM Amanda came by and told me I should have called. The sign says to call after 3 minutes. She hands me my food and as I get to my car I realize I am missing a coffee. I ordered 3 bagel sandwiches, 1 bagel, an orange juice, a chocolate milk, and two iced coffees. Now I order multiple free coffees all the time as long as I order multiple bagels. I could have placed multiple mobile orders but previously I was told that as long as I had multiple bagels on my order it wasn’t necessary to place multiple mobile orders. So back into the worst Einstein I’ve ever been into I go. After waiting another 5 minutes to speak to Amanda, I explained to her that I was missing a coffee. She tells me that it’s only 1 free coffee per transaction. Ok fine but you couldn’t tell me that when I picked up my order and ask if I’d like to purchase another one? Nope we will just pretend like it wasn’t there. Fine, charge me for another one but I need 4 drinks for 4 bagels. Amanda was incredibly rude, condescending, and uninterested in apologizing for the mixup or even showing any empathy for the lack of effort or communication from her team. Read moreThe service here was absolutely horrible today. First, I ordered an assorted box of bagels, but the manager packaged it himself. I told him that I wanted to choose which bagels I wanted, and the manager glared at me, as if I had done wrong. Then, I put my orange juice on the counter to pay, and the cashier rang it up. But, the manager kept asking if I had paid for it. He was extremely rude when he talked to me. Even when I asked for a drink carrier, he told me I had to go all the way back in line, where there were around 10 other people.
Finally, I walked outside but the manager STILL followed me. He asked again, rudely, if I had paid for the juice. I told once again, that I had. I went back inside after putting my stuff down, then talked to the manager about his rude service towards me. However, he wouldn’t even say “sorry” and just kept repeating “your right, your right, you paid” in an exasperated voice. If he had at least apologized, I would've been okay.
