Customer Service is supposed to be the bread and butter of small businesses and this place is lacking. The return policy is horrible; I bought three casual summer dresses, attempted to return one and was told dresses are non returnable. This means no refund, store credit or exchange which was never mentioned when I made the purchase but a small sign was signaled toward in my attempt to return the item. This was not an evening event dress but rather a very casual everyday dress. It was not a sale or final clearance item, it was full priced. I cannot wrap my head around how a cotton dress differs from a cotton shirt or skirt. Needless to say if you see something you like, take note of the designer and make the purchase elsewhere. I went into the Darien store I met Jocelyn she never even said hi . I was in retail for over 10 yrs very high end retail stores . I won an Award for excellent customer service selling . I am not stupid . I saw a bag I liked Jocelyn told me 150.00 . Jocelyn came once showed me the price . There was another Caucasian woman . All u had to say if you need any more help I will be happy to help you . Jocelyn went over n spend all her time with this Caucasian woman n ignored me . If you all have a video tape you can run your all camera . I truly thinks Jocelyn thinks I couldn't afford that bag . My race played a huge part . So sad world we are living in . For the past decade, I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Tina and have to say I’ve never seen anyone go above and beyond to make her customer’s walk out of her store with a smile as She does.
