Mega Marshall's Plaza — Local services in Wethersfield

This is my all-time favorite Marshalls to shop at. I drive 40 minutes just to get there and I'm never disappointed. And not only went three weeks ago I went last night and the manager was awesome. I had earlier gone to a different Marshalls where I found something that was extremely similar and they did not have a price on theirs but they honored the price that I had just bought the item. Funny enough the item was still in the car in the bag because I am an advocate Marshall's Home Goods and TJ Maxx shopper. To top it off I accidentally left my wallet when I called the store they helped me right away and sure enough my wallet is there. I never regret walking into a Marshalls but again this is my all-time favorite one Christmastime is super busy the lines are very long but the staff is very very nice and they do their best to make it go as fast as possible. I believe the manager's name was Mr. B. He was nothing short then very busy running around that store from one section to the next they were able to locate him to see if he had help me earlier. Thank goodness for headsets they were able to reach him and he responded very quickly. Seems crazy but I totally enjoy seeing managers work hard with their team. I can't say enough good things about this particular store and you can tell that's why I drive so far...

This is the best Marshalls in the whole entire East Coast far as I am concerned. They always have my sizes no matter what. If you're a little on the heavier side they got your size all the way up to 6x. I even seen 7x in this store. Although I'm not that size anymore. I am a 2x now but all their shirts are wonderful for people who are big and tall. You have a great selection and it is amazing I really like this store a lot it's my closet lol. They've been in business for many years ever since I've found them out I always go to the store no matter where in the United States I go shopping at I always seem to come back to this location and find everything I need or want. Lines worse than DMV, be prepared to stand there for 30+ minutes. The item selection is good, but customer service is a bit rough. A manager had to be consulted in order for me to return a pair of inserts for shoes WITH A RECEIPT that really hurt my feet. The manager sighed in exasperation after saying to my cashier "we can't sell this, but let him return it anyway or he's just going to cause a problem." The manager didn't even acknowledge me. Not to mention that on the front door there is a policy posted that if you are unsatisfied with your item you can return...
