I've currently been on hold with this CVS for nearly an hour trying to follow up about a medication for my pet that he needs, and hasn't had for 2 days now. I walked in to this pharmacy yesterday to inquire about it because I had called in a refill for it over the phone and the system told me it would be ready the next day at a certain time. After I didn't receive a notification of it being ready when it told me it would be, this is when I walked into this CVS to ask about it. I was told by the pharmacy tech that the prescription had no refills left and that they are waiting on a request back from the doctor. I told them then why did your automated system allow me to place a refill order and give me a date and time of when it would be ready if it had no remaining refills left? They replied "oh because the system isn't smart, and is never accurate". I asked, then why do you offer a system to be used for convenience that doesn't work? They shrugged and told me there was nothing they could do. Its also worth noting that I had to stand at their counter for nearly 15 minutes with literally NO ONE else there until a pharmacy member to came over to the counter to help me.
One of the worst CVS pharmacies around. If you can help it, avoid this one. Horrible staff, horrible...
   Read moreI had a strange experience with getting passport photos here. I asked them to take a photo of my infant for a passport application and they refused. An employee named Courtney, I believe, told me they wouldnât take infant passport photos because the application would get rejected. I convinced them to take it anyways (by saying please just take my money) and it turns out the photo was fine and the passport was issued no problem.
I also had a bad experience with the pharmacy. My husband tried to pick up an antibiotic for my sick child and got yelled at because it wasnât ready yet (he showed up even though we hadnât received a call from the pharmacy). Five hours later, still no call from the pharmacy, so I called them, and it turns out the prescription was ready. They never called me though, so my son was suffering needlessly all afternoon.

   Read moreA true nightmare. I have called and called and called over several days. Iâve spent literal hours on hold. They will not answer. I even called the cvs store associate and asked her to have them answer. She did, and they still didnât answer! This is reprehensible. Whatâs more is the pharmacist I spoke to days prior is the one who told me to call for an update because they were out of my medication.
So this is a pharmacy that doesnât have medicine and canât answer the phone. I have reached out to customer relations. This is egregious to do with peoples medicine
Whatâs more, Iâve now spoken with customer relations and apparently cvs has no way of knowing if and when theyâll ever get my medication in stock so I donât know what the actual heck Iâm supposed to do.
