5-2-23 Today I was treated with great Kindness and Service from the AutoZone Store #5114 Weymouth, MA. From the Manager, the person who took my call and Christopher Lopez who serviced me. After a beautiful four days vacation to visit Arizona my wife and I took a red-eye flight appt Dana Farber, South Shore. Our Vehicle a 2017 Nissan Altima did not start immediately when we left the Braintree park and ride, but did get us to Dana Farber. When we came out of the appointment the car was barley turning over. I call USAA for service which would take up to 90 minutes. My wife was not feeling well so I reached out to the team at AutoZone Store #5114 Weymouth, MA. This is not a normal service this store provides. Then the staff heard of our predicament, Christopher Lopez stepped up using his personal vehicle and tools came over with the new battery. He's friendly, outgoing and willing to answer and resolve a customer's auto needs. I was in the store with my sister yesterday Saturday, April 30, and even though he was taking a break when my sister approached him, he cut his break short to help my sister. He looked up and found all the items the she was looking for, from a headliner adhesive, to wipers, and identifying a bulb on her car that needed replacement. Not only did Andrew find all the items for her ....he then spent the time to install everything......even though the bulb was difficult access and replace on her car...he never gave up and persisted to replace it.    Read moreI am A Disabled Veteran with mobility issues. I went into Auto Zone and asked for help to change a signal light. That is when I met Alex. He not only got the appropriate light that I needed but he came outside and replaced it for me. He did it all with a smile. When he was done I thanked him and asked if he could fix my fender that was not connected properly and was rubbing the tire when I turned. That is when I met Andrew, he came out and hon the ground and looked for what was needed to fix it, he then ran inside and quickly came out with the necessary items to fix the fender of my car. I can not that both Alex and Andrew enough. They are a prize to any business and should be rewarded for their kindness and, knowledge and quick response to a Veteran in need.
