WOW! I’ve never had a more pleasant and positive experience using marketplace before. From start to finish Jake went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and actually went out of his way to facilitate pick up and delivery. This took a huge weight off of me as I would’ve had to rent a truck and figure out how to move such a large piece alone. He was punctual, easy to communicate with, and FAIR. I found the Olive Green Aspen Cloud couch a bit before I moved apartments. By the time I was ready to move they had sold out. Jake was super helpful in getting me set up with an order for the next round of shipments. He stayed in touch throughout the process letting me know about a short shipping delay that was out of his control. My couch was delivered the same day the shipment was delivered to the showroom. Matt delivered all the boxes into my apartment and even put it together for me. The couch is exactly as pictured and insanely comfortable! The quality exceeded my expectations for my dream couch. Absolutely ADORE this couch. It’s become the centerpiece of our living room—super soft, incredibly cozy, and gives off that cloud-like feel. Every guest who visits comments on how comfortable it is.
