Taking the Kids! Top 20 Must-Visit Kid-Friendly Spots in Denver (Part 2)

This place is DISGUSTING, the workers don’t care about their jobs, I don’t think management cares either. All staff I counted 5 people at one time literally sitting at the check in desk, when guests would come up to the desk after doing the waiver, one would get up seeming bothered that they had to help someone and take a payment. The entire place was incredibly dirty looks like it hasn’t been swept or vacuumed in weeks. There was used socks all over the floor, not one clean table in the place and only 2 tables were being actively sat in by parents. They only had the smallest size of youth socks or adult XL. But it’s required to buy them, even though they don’t fit and do NO good too small or slipping off the entire time. The food court was out of nearly everything. No corn dogs, no pizzas at all, no nacho cheese. Had 3 of the icee flavors working out of 8 selection. The “padded” floor in the arcade area and the warped wall were a trip hazard, carpet was torn up and attempted to be taped down, yet it was pulled loose at the base of the wall. There was a very loud beep/alarm that played nearly the entire time we were there. The arcade area power was on when we got there but went off at 6:45 pm and never came back on. I think the owner of this franchise or whoever really needs to evaluate the business, people working for them, people they have running the show. It’s a disaster and embarrassment honestly. $60 I wish i would have never spent, we will be going to another jump place in the future. I will also be posting a review for other parents/parties to see.

Eta: I don’t think they EVER clean. We got there at opening on a Tuesday and there were wrappers, food, all manner of filth everywhere. Like, I don’t think they even do a cursory sweeping let alone mopping or sanitizing. The pros: Great way to get energy out during the winter. Pretty empty in the mornings which helps it be safe for my toddler (though sometimes there are older kids/teens there even though it’s supposed to be toddler time.) Riley, one of the managers, is the only person I’ve interacted with there who seems to know how to do their job and is a true professional. The cons: They tried to scam me into paying for two memberships even though I’m not there to bounce — I’m there to watch my under-5 kid. (After a couple of weeks of this, and after talking to multiple parents there with their toddlers to verify that none of them had to pay for an additional membership, I found Riley who helped me fix this situation really quickly and kindly.) It’s kind of grody. I have no idea how often they clean the place, but there will often be wrappers and detritus in the various play areas even if we get there first thing in the morning

3/4/25**Update: Response from Sky Zone below is a farce. I reached out and no one could be bothered to respond or talk to me. The responses are for show.

I will never schedule a party with Sky Zone again and will refrain from bringing my kids to this location, period. I paid for a Mega package, which is $420, with a couple extras which was about $460. Started out ok---didn't find out that you do not get the party room for the entire duration of the party, only for one hour which is a rip off. I had my oldest son's 8th birthday here several years ago and we had the room the entire time. When we finally made it to the party room, the kids ate---but we waited 20 minutes for the party person to bring a knife that she never brought to cut the cake. I walked down to the concession counter and waited while there was no staff in sight who when they decided to come to the counter, they washed a knife for me to take up. By the time I got back to the room, the kids left and no one was able to eat cake. A really expensive cake no less. The last 15 minutes in the party room , a staff member (very young) barged into the party--again a staff member who had nothing to do with our party, asking who the parents were to one of the kids attending the party and made a huge scene in the middle of the room due to an issue between a party goer and another child from another family that was jumping not affiliated with our party. (Older child hitting the kids within our party--who hit my son in the eye with a ball, close contact and left him with a black eye) I don't appreciate the inept-trained kids that work at this place, including the Manager, Krisiton who has not been of help, period. He has no idea what he is doing and lacks Customer Service skills. I paid for 11 jumpers, (10 included in the package) and Jayleen refunded the 11th jumper fee back to my debit card vs. my credit card that I paid for the 11th jumper with, and if the Manager had read the last 4 digits of that payment method to me, it would have saved such a headache of a call. I finally located the payment to my bank account--oddly enough since I used that for the party deposit, but my credit card for the remaining balance. My son had a fun time---but working with the staff is miserable and money was wasted due to the negligence of the party staffer. Why pay all this money to have such a...

Do not recommend booking a birthday party here! I booked their Mega VIP package for my daughter’s birthday on 07/12/25. The party itself went well and the kids had fun, soon the kids started to get thirsty and I had remembered that the Mega VIP package included water bottles for all of the jumping guests. I went to the desk and asked about the water bottles and they let me know they don’t hand those out until we are in the party room. Time comes for the party room and since the sodas and food come out, I spaced the water bottles.. Rest of the party goes on without any water bottles being brought out. A couple days later I checked my email and realized that the Mega VIP package comes with water bottles, stickers, and VIP passes for each guest. My guests received none of that. I called multiple times on different occasions and spoke to Christian on 7/16 who said he would refund $86 and also set up the day passes at the front desk for all 13 of my guests. I never saw that credit. Called a week later on 07/24 and talked to Trinity. She was rude and said that the credit hasn’t been refunded but she would refund it at that time.. Still no refund came so I went into the location on 07/26 and talked to Dominic. He is one of the managers and said it was never refunded and he would have to get approval from the GM to get that amount refunded to my card and would call me back. I picked up the VIP passes and expected a call back from him. I got home and found out they had only given me 10 VIP passes even tho we had 13 guests. Never heard back or got a refund so I called again on 08/12 and spoke to Eva. She said she would have Heidi the GM call me because she would be at the store for training.. never heard back from Heidi and never got a refund. I’ve called a total of 10 times without ever getting the refund I’ve been promised time and time again. This place will do anything BUT take accountability for...

Booked a party for my daughters birthday. Was told over the phone when booking that the first hour would be in a room with pizza and cake, then 1.5 hours of play time. Got there for the party and we were told no room for 1.5 hours. Fine. Asked where our room would be when time came, they said main floor. We told them that would be perfect as one of our guests was in a wheel chair. Before all our guests arrived, a team member DEMANDED that I pay "right this second!" Couldn't even wait for the whole party to arrive in case we needed to add more jumpers to our party! Whatever. Paid. As we were playing, party host says we would be in a room upstairs. No elevator. So I told them that we were told we would be given the room on the main level. They got the manager, Isaiah, and he said we could have the room after the current party left. Perfect. That made it to where the last hour of our party we could eat and do cake. 20 mins after we were told we would be getting the room, we still hadn't gotten in the room. They were getting "push back" from the guests currently using it. The guests using it were supposed to be done at 330. At this point it's 350. Isaiah was nice and bought the kids a pizza while they got the room ready. We finally get in, and get to eat. Not really any kind of "party host" as our host went on break by the time we got the room. So I had to go to the concession area to get utensils and pizza and refills. No communication between staff. My party was supposed to be from 2-430. Didn't end up leaving til 6. The only saving grace was Isaiah letting us stay til close if we had wanted to. Had he not let us take the room we were promised, we would have left. The staff had no clue about literally anything. First and only visit to this place. Don't waste your time or money. You literally couldn't pay me to...
