The property itself was not the issue, it was beautiful, in great condition and centrally located. My issue was with the Namastay management company and it’s own owner. Worst experience of my life, do not and I repeat do not book through her site. Instead book through VRBO or Airbnb in order to protect yourself. I have never ever had such a horrific experience and I travel often. I have also never left a bad review, I am doing this to protect others. She cancelled my 30 day stay less than 48 hours from check in via email siting a change in HOA rules concerning pets and would not pick up the phone. This was after telling me to ignore the clause in the rental agreement 3 weeks previously, saying the rental agreement was made before the rule change. This was of course when the 2nd and last payment was due. It’s a long story but she had sent a screenshot of a refund with the email of only the last payment. After 24 hours of arriving she sent me an invoice and indicated it must be paid within 24 hours or she would reopen the dates. I had not yet received the refund, but was forced to pay or basically get out. I was there for work and had no other options except to deal with her and this treatment. She did not give me the code until four hours of my arrival. The only way I could ever get in contact with her is to message her on Airbnb. I booked with her privately on her website and I wish I never did. I asked her to contact me and she told me she’s on vacation and she’s busy. Why does she think I was booking an Airbnb? It was for my vacation as well. I’m contemplating on posting her text messages so everyone can see how rude and disrespectful she was. I highly advise you not to book with us Agency. Read moreI notified Jess about serious problems with the electrical at 4590 Saulsbury that made us feel unsafe during our stay in December of 2023 . Lights dimmed when dryer or microwave turned on and microwave tripped it's breaker 3 times. This is a sign of overloaded circuits which can be a fire hazard. I asked Jess to let me know when repairs had been made as I will not stay in a house with unsafe wiring.
