AWFUL customer service, the staff here lies about product and policy and they sell BROKEN product and then won’t refund. Do NOT spend your $$$ here!!
I have bought two cartridges from this place in the past month. Both have leaked literally over 50% of the oil. My first one I did not return even though it was a $45 cartridge and I played it cool because accidents happen. I bought a second of their Rooster brand battery in case it was a battery issue. At that time an employee offered me a refund, which I denied to literally just be nice, and then he told me if it happened again that I should bring it back and they would definitely replace it for me.
Sure enough it happened again yesterday (because the Rooster batteries I suspect are burning them out - they are trash and get crazy hot even if only kept on lowest heat setting) I’ve never had to ask for a refund from a dispensary but this $45 cart was 75% full and the entire thing leaked out of nowhere when preheating it last night.
I had undeniable proof it wasn't user error, brought it with me to show even, and was still denied a refund. It was evident the cartridge had leaked out the bottom and top - you could see dried oil everywhere. The cartridge was not dropped or cracked. I was super chill about it and said they didn’t have to replace a full cartridge, even half a gram would be considered fair (even tho it’s still not). The best they offered was a 25% off coupon. I couldn’t believe it, so I stated my reasoning again, only for them to tell me it’s not their problem. The girl who I was working with was Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I’m shocked by the entire interaction - it makes no logical sense or basic business sense.
So now I'm out over $80 but they can't be bothered to honor their word regarding their own policy. What scam artists. They lost a high tipping customer...
Read moreI had anything but the "best" experience here. First, they claim to take online order like EVERY OTHER DISPENSARY-- but then when you try to actually checkout your order you find out that they've "closed" online ordering. Stop advertising it then.
Then after finding the most confusing location in Wheat Ridge-- they weren't ready to deal with a medical card customer. It took forever just to get someone who could accept my card emailed to them. Then the email experience itself was absurdly difficult.
The woman was pleasant enough when she helped me, I had my list saved from my attempt to order online, so it was just a quick four item thing to grab off the shelf. (I thought it would be a 10 minute trip at the most, instead I was there for more than a half hour).
Then I get home and try out the cartridge-- only to find out that it's not the correct cartridge in the package. I figured that they'd simply make an easy exchange so I called them. I heard them on the phone laughing and saying "This guy THINKS he got the wrong cartridge". Well, I buy this cartridge elsewhere every week-- I think I know what it vapes like. How ridiculous and rude!
By the way-- I then looked even more carefully at the cartridges I got and I also realized that they were super old. They have been sitting on the dispensary's shelf for more than a year.
I'm never going here again and I suggest others stay away. They aren't respectful, they don't know what they are doing-- I can see why they have to try to have bargain basement sales all the time just to attract a few customers.

The products they have are amazing. Not only do they rank in hippy calories, they are also incredibly dank. Generally speaking, of course. If you are looking for more of those vanilla citrus notes - they have you covered for that.
Now, we have primarily focused on pre-rolls due to our living situation right now. And with that & infused Texas CBD flower to compare it to, it is comparable if not outright the same.
Which brings us to their THC-A.
Like a taste from home filled with nostalgia, this hit the spot better than any other. The only issue is the price, as for what we get in Texas - it's a 200% mark up. So, carry enough cash for that.
Quinten & Brianna are the absolute best tenders we have met, to date, by far. And this is in a store whose whole staff is so incredibly kind & considerate that it really was a hard race to the end.
So, at the end of the day, you know you are taken care of.
We can only hope to get as great products & customer care as we have received here, wherever we find ourselves...
