This CFA is the newest location around, so the building is lovely. And it's the closest to my home so I regularly visit
But I've been there at least a dozen times, and i would say it's the slowest CFA in the entire country! It's slow regardless of timing (breakfast, lunch, dinner, off busy hours). I waited 17 minutes once just for 2 cars in front of me to get to the order window!
On another visit they had both drive thru lanes open. And they were walking food to the cars. Somehow the two cars behind me got their food, while I was told to continue waiting (blocking them in) for my simple 8 count nugget meal to arrive, very inefficient.
I've also had more issues with orders at this location. I get the sandwich without pickles, and half the time it's wrong and I need to walk inside to remedy the problem.
Another thing that stands out, when you arrive to the pickup window... Many times I'll just sit there awkward for 3-5 mins staring at people inside standing there before they address you, or take payment or bring you drinks. It's just very different from every other CFA I've visited
I'm hoping it's growing pains, although this location has been open for many months now. Maybe they'll get better with time. Still have the same great food I love, so I'll obviously return, but keeping my hopes up that the service at this specific...
Read moreIs this a real Chick-fil-a? Every other location in the Denver area has a rating of 4.2+ and this location is a 3.5, for good reason.
We were excited when this opened close to our house and have visited at least a dozen or more times since it opened. I don't think these are "growing pains".
By far the worst service and attention to detail of any location I've visited. The staff are nice enough, but they always seem preoccupied with socializing or other distractions. Naturally, this often leads to incorrect orders, delayed wait times, etc.
Routinely, when pulling into the drive thru, we wait to be greeted or asked for our order. Once at the window, it's much of the same delay and distraction. Again, no one is rude they just do not deliver on the standard CFA experience most of us are accustomed to.
I see these reviews get a response from the owner and a "we'll work on it" response, but it might be time for something more significant. The standard approach isn't working.
Unfortunately, I think we'll be driving farther to one of those 4.2+ rated...
Read moreI came here a week ago to order food, Chloe took my order, it seemed as though she was new and really needed someone to still be there with her training her properly. I wanted to use my rewards because I have too many of them and she said it took it but it didn't. Came back again yesterday to try it out again and same thing with a different person at the register. I told him about it he said it did, and then it happened to be that they didn't have Cobb salads so I had to get a refund anyways and I told the manager hey my rewards never went through and the guy at the register said I did this and that and so the manager said oh you did it wrong you need to go through this menu in order to accept rewards. The food was great and the portions were good. This store just needs to do a better job at training their employees on how to use the register a little better. Reason for my 3 star rating as I'm feeling pretty neutral about this store at the moment and not sure if I'd want to come and...
