It is a special treat for me to get my hair colored, and I hadn’t done it in two years. I am getting married so I decided to splurge. I showed the original hair stylist a picture and asked for her to do something like the picture but to keep it natural. It was the farthest thing from natural. The tones were off. It looked like I had grown very dark roots. When my hair was up it looked like I had dark hair but when I put it down it looked like I was blonde, but only in the front. It looked nothing like the picture I showed. I was in shock when I left, but told myself I would give it a day to see if I just need to get used to change. It was confirmed by everyone I talked to including my friend that was a hairstylist that it looked nothing like the picture. I called back and they were gracious enough to have someone fix my hair. Aubrey was a lifesaver. I showed her the picture again, and she let me know that she would not be able to get it as light as the picture due to how dark the other stylist dyed it, but that she would make it look more natural. She not only did a wonderful job in fixing it, but her personality made the process even more delightful.I would highly recommend Aubrey, but would never go back to the first stylist I had. Overall what was disappointing was I paid over $200 dollars for my hair to look nothing like the picture I showed the stylist and my hair doesn’t look much different then it did...

I have been coming here for years (since 2016) to get my hair done and I’m absolutely satisfied with that. Priscilla is literally the best and knows how to handle my hair. She’s amazing. However, I decided to get my nails done there, and I can’t say I was satisfied with the service. I called and asked if they do no chip pedicures, and the girl said they do. I get there, put my feet in the water, was asked to pick a regular nail polish color. I told her I wanted no chip pedicure, she proceeded to tell me that they don’t do no chip pedicure and how I don’t need it because regular nail polish lasts longer, which really doesn’t. I asked if I can do no chip on my finger nails at least, she said she won’t have time and can only do regular nail polish. At that point I was okay with it, because I wanted a relaxing time. I feel like the whole thing was rushed. The results weren’t great either because my the polish has streaks in them and has already been chipped. I’m also not so satisfied at the length of my nails because I asked to keep them at same length and they’re WAY shorter than I would normally like them. I was very excited to get a balayage. I told the stylist about every recent dye that had been in my hair and PROMISED ME I would leave with lighter hair. Halfway through she said my hair wasn’t lifting and we would have to tone it down. Um okay didn’t you tell me my hair would be able to go lighter. I left with my hair looking the EXACT SAME just darker when SHE PROMISED ME I would be able to go lighter. I then obviously called for a refund because I did not want to PAY FOR A BALAYAGE I DIDNT GET. No way. I could not believe I was talking to a manager. I have no idea why she could not understand that I was lied to. It is not anyone’s fault my hair couldn’t lift but why wasn’t I told that from a professional hairstylist.
