There should be a zero rating option!.. I came in today 10/27/24 to do an exchange. The register lady was having a whole 25 minutes conversation with the couple in front of me while there was a big line waiting to pay! And let me emphasize that she Very Friendly with the couple in front of me! But…. When I was finally able to reach the register counter, she was ABSOLUTELY RUDE to me and just giving up and down stares which I thought was really disrespectful. She definitely didn’t have the same attitude towards me as the other “white” couple in front of me! When I told her that I was there to return an item and purchase new items she asked very rudely “well do you have a receipt” and I said yes if courser I DO! She rudely tossed my purchased item in the bag, at that moment I felt so disgusted and humiliated that I just felt like leaving the items and walking out of the store. There was never a hello, I thank you, bye NOTHING. Lady, I’m sorry that you are so miserable but manners still exist and if you feel that you have preference for certain people then you shouldn’t be working in the customer service department. I will NEVER enter this store again, I will go spend my money somewhere else and although she might think that I don’t count, I did spend a very good amount of money the week prior. I rather go spend my money in a place where I’m treated with respect. That cashier needs to be fired immediately!!!! Receipt attached in case management want to address this matter with the cashier which I doubt but this kind of behavior shouldn’t...
Read moreThe prices, selection, and cleanliness was stellar, but the staff was beyond fantastic!! I was first greeted by an employee named Naomi, who made great conversation, and had a smile that glowed through her mask! Naomi answered a number of my questions, and asked me questions to get more information from me! One associate, Alyssa, assisted me in selecting a gift for my father! Her kindness went above and beyond. A different associate, Maya, helped me check out and answered all of my questions about the TJX rewards card (which she eloquently described as a freely funded Christmas club). Two associates, Liv and Sarah, made me feel welcomed by cracking jokes and helping me locate the food section. Each associate has incredible charisma that made my experience great! As I stated, the staff made great conversation, taking what could have been a bland shopping trip to the next level. Wonderful store, even better community....
Read moreLarge selection of items from swim wear to active gear. I usually come here to find some sweaters, hoodies, and light jackets. They also have shoes, and a bunch of other misc items such as pets items (shampoo, toys, treats, leashes ect), candles, snacks, and more. Honestly reminds me of TJ Maxx in a way! I found some of my favorite brand candles here for $8! I usually get Sand and Fog
Prices are crazy. Can't beat em. I recently purchased some Sherpa items such as a loungey top, and 2 light button up sherpa sweaters. You can find clothing items as low as $10, maybe even less depending on the sale. On average, the items I buy are about $20 a piece. You can get a pretty decent haul here.
Here I have a recently purchased purple sherpa loungey top with bell sleeves for $10! So perfect for comfy chilling...
