Mattress Firm Danada Square West — Hotel in Wheaton

Mattress Firm in Wheaton has been very disappointing. I needed a mattress for my son who is leaving for college this Friday. We came in on July 21st to pick out a mattress and a bed frame. We had a very nice man assist us in the process. He said that the mattress would be in July 30th and the frame would be in Aug 20th. He assured us that it would not be a problem and told us we can pick them both up at the same time. I was worried about the frame cutting to close to when we were leaving and he assured us that it would not be a problem. I paid for both in full. I called today just to make sure to make sure everything was on track and the guy (same guy as sold as the mattress) said that he wasn't sure the frame was going to be in and that he would make some calls and call me back in a couple of hours. I called him back close to three hours later and he said that the frame would be in but I could no longer get the mattress. What?!!!! I paid in full for the mattress that I wanted. He said he was getting in a couple more mattresses tomorrow and we could choose one of those. No thanks. I requested my money back and purchased a mattress from American Mattress without any games. Corey is the BEST. We came into his store two months ago casually shopping for a bed. We were in the process of moving during that time and needed a new bed before we moved in. We (rather my wife) selected a firm spring bed. My wife loves to bargain and Corey was able to accommodate all our request. He even threw in a couple of awesome pillows. Fast forward one month. I've had two shoulder surgeries on my right should in the past and its never been the same. The bed my wife selected was too firm and it placed too much pressure on my shoulder causing pain and discomfort when I slept on the bed. So, we went back and told Corey about it and we were able to replace the bed with a completely different bed. I had heard several reviews online stating that Cory would take very good care of me. Being my first mattress purchase, I arrived optimistic. However, as soon as I walked in the store, Cory greeted me and asked how he could help. He helped me narrow down my search based on my needs. Then he left me alone to make my decisions; only checking in to make sure I was okay. When I was on the fence about my budget, he even went as far as to show me discounted beds and talked about the benifits of both options. I had heard several times that I would not be hassled or pressured to make a purchase at this location and that is 100% true. Cory made me feel comfortable and went out of his way to make sure my first mattress purchase was an enjoyable experience.
