I was with a different home security and he sold his business to FSS. I can’t say how unhappy I am with this company. They so seldom return calls, it’s beyond frustrating. I’ll call and talk to someone and they will always have to have someone call me back, and they very seldom do. When my alarm did go off, rather than call me they called the two people on my contact list. The other major problem I had is that they had to do a system upgrade. Instead of sending me information that my alarm was no longer being monitored because I needed an upgrade I found out when my alarm went on durning a storm. I waited and waited for the alarm company to call to see if I was alright or thought that the police woukd show up and nothing happened.
