Newest Review I just can’t thank Kirsten and the staff enough again for helping me obtain some Tudor straps as well as a time piece my daughter was wanting which will be gifted to her when she graduates from the University. Kirsten was very patient and knowledgeable when I inquired about the Tudor straps and she helped get them correctly ordered for me (especially with all of the multiple reference codes each strap has). The TEAM at Persin and Robbin Jewelers are truly special and top notch. Thank you all again.

3rd Review This is my third review and again I just can’t thank Kirsten and the staff enough this time for helping me obtain my brothers dream watch which I will be gifting him for Christmas. I am truly grateful for what the team at Persin and Robbin Jewelers have done and again can’t say enough on how special this establishment is. If there is something in particular you are interested in for either yourself or for someone special, please visit them and I am sure the staff will help you as they have helped me. 2nd Review This is my second review and everything from my first review still holds true plus much more. When I am around the area I would stop in and I have had the pleasure of interacting with the other staff members through multiple visits and I must say the same down to earth and welcoming feeling Kirsten exhibited was the same with all the other staff members throughout as well. This is truly a very special place and speaks a lot about how the culture, and business of this establishment is managed. The genuine interaction and conversations as well as listening and working with me on items I had interests in can’t be said enough. I can’t thank Kirsten and the entire staff enough again for such a wonderful experience on my recent purchase.

1st Review What a great store in a quaint and lovely neighborhood. A must visit if you’re in the area. I worked with Kirsten my sales associate. What a pleasant experience. Kirsten was very welcoming and extremely down to earth and very friendly. She showed me some time pieces I was interested in and was very knowledgeable in describing each piece to me. She helped me with the purchase of the piece I was looking for and made the whole experience very memorable. If you are in the area and am looking for fine jewelry or time pieces go in and ask for Kirsten I am sure she provide you with the same level of experience as I had....

I was on a waitlist for a specific Rolex model. After 6 mos., I received a call from Heather that it arrived. I told her that I would visit on Saturday afternoon. Upon my visit, I tried it on and proceeded to get my Mastercard for payment. Heather told me that she could not sell the watch to me this same day as the owner changed his policy and would only accept bank wire or cashiers check for Rolex purchases; even cash payments are refused. Being unprepared for this odd policy, and not being forewarned, I left and called the owner (Brad) on Tuesday. I explained what happed and asked if he could make an exception to his policy especially since I was an existing client that purchased a Rolex from him before using the same card. He absolutely refused not giving a plausible explanation to this absurd store policy. I think the owner (Brad) should understand why a client may want to use a credit card for this type of high dollar purchase (i.e. airline miles, cash back, low interest, buyer protection, etc.) as well as the value of prior established client relationship. I would expect this type of treatment from an unauthorized Rolex dealer, but certainly not from an authorized one. I have contacted several other authorized Rolex Jewelers in the area and they all accept cards for payment, so I will wait for it again to arrive and take my business elsewhere. Perhaps Rolex should consider their relationship with this jeweler; as my experience certainly does not reflect Rolex's unwavering philosophy: customer satisfaction. Our experience w/Persin Robbins Jewelers continues to be outstanding. We are returning customers, and this time involved resetting a 3 stone necklace and redesigning my wedding ring. Our designer was Kathy Luhrsen, and she was fabulous w/her suggestions and design ideas and patient w/our questions. It was an added bonus that we happened to have similar taste in jewelry, so we were both on the same page from the 1st moments. The neckace came out delicate and beautiful, perfect for everyday wear. The final result of the wedding ring redesign was 2 rings, a beautiful rose & white gold, very organic looking main ring that is an interpretation of the past-present-future style, and a stand alone white gold eternity band. We are very happy w/the end products and the process, in fact we gave Persin Robbins another ring that has some damage, which they are also going to redesign and reset for us. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a jeweler, no question. Our very positive experience was with Kathy, she is a highly experienced designer, which is what we needed as our job was very specific, but depending on your needs, there is no doubt a consultant there that would be able to help you.
