I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Kendra Scott Color Bar with a group of six friends, and I can't say enough good things about the experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and valued.

I went to the Kendra Scott store in DeerPark today to buy a necklace for myself. I selected one, went to the counter to pay for it and as the girl was ringing up the item I tapped my credit card and then I quickly asked her what the return policy was. She told me I could only get store credit if I returned it. I immediately said I don’t want to buy it because of the return policy. The clerk told me it was too late. That the transaction went through and she could not void the transaction. The clerk said I would have to take a store credit. This literally all took place in a matter of 20 seconds. I was so frustrated and had no other choice but to take the $168 necklace that I wasn’t 100% sure I would keep. I guess this is why Kendra Scott is rich if you purchase something your stuck with it or a store credit. I certainly won’t ever be shopping there again and we’ll make all my friends aware not to buy anything for themselves, but certainly not to buy any one a gift at the Kendra Scott store because of the return. i was sold a necklace with a stone that was put in angled and the chain also has a small kink. i did the color bar and i didn’t notice the flaws until after i paid. the worker put the stone in for me so i was expecting it to at least be put in right. after seeing this i’m told the necklace is non-refundable? so i literally couldn’t do anything about it. i was also with my friend and she did the color bar and made a necklace and then changed her mind about the one she made. workers are totally fine with this and let her make another one. we get to the checkout and they tell her THEN that technically they’re not refundable so she would’ve had to pay for the two she made. they could’ve at least said something before they let her make another necklace. i think this store needs to clearly state beforehand these necklaces...
