UPDATED REVIEW FOR ORDERING FROM PB ONLINE, NOT DEERPARK LOCATION: Terrible customer experience. Ordered a 9x12 rug that was not available in store. I had to order online then pay $150 for delivery. But here's the catch: The delivery does not include placement unless your room is empty!!!!!! The delivery guy said he could leave the rug somewhere, but he was not allowed to touch my furniture. Well, what exactly are we supposed to do now. I can't personally move a 100" sofa. He left. I called customer service to see how the return would be handled. Yes, they will return the rug but I would have to eat the $150 delivery charge even though they didn't deliver. Didn't even attempt to deliver it. I am so tired of bad customer service. UPDATE: I was transferred to Jeanie at corporate. She refunded the full amount including the non-delivery charge. It's a shame it takes an hour of calling customer service but my advice is to get to someone who can help. I doubt I'll ever order from PB again though I am happy with the resolution.
DEERPARK PB LOCATION REVIEW: Really crowded store...not in terms of people shopping, but size. This place is way too small for all the furniture packed in. The sales people are friendly and helpful but they want you know what you want, find it and get out. I was looking for a rug and was helped. I bought two swatches and started looking at baskets. Read moreCustomer service is not the best. Helpful so long as they think you are about to place an order with them. But couldn’t be bothered to make sure they are providing you the best price, applying the gift registry discounts, or your credit card and Key Rewards dollars. Every time I’ve tried to support this brick and mortar location staying open by placing an order with them directly, they have left me to hang out on a phone to get the adjustments needed with their customer service line instead of taking the time to apply them themselves. Waste over an hour of time doing something I could have done at home in half the time or less on my own computer. Then there is the whole issue of their lack of knowledge about gift registry policies. I don’t even want to count the number of times that I have explained to them that my registry discount applies to made to order furniture. Even the phone rep they connect me to is clueless. Save yourself a bunch of time, money, pain and headache, by using your own computer at home which is likely on a much faster internet connection speed than in stores, and place your custom furniture order through the website. Call the registry helpline directly if you have any issues getting your 10% discount to stick. They are the only ones who correctly know what the policies are and maintain compliance with the registry policies...

I was really need it before des 31. I did all right! I paid for gift wrap witch I don’t need after New Year’s Eve🤷🏼♀️ And I can’t cansel or return this item cause of personalization. I had to bye another gift then I don’t need that backpack and of course that wrap. Ok, I know about weekends and celebration. But I order on time! Before the date... And customer service...it’s terrible! Only that I can do is reorder and wait🤷🏼♀️ And they told me that stuff would be at my door at Desember 31st. Now 1st of January and I still waiting..
