I called the store because i had went there about 3 weeks ago and they charged me 50 dollars extra for two ice cream cones. They said they did not know what i was talking about so they had the owner BELA contact me. She contacted me and i explained to her what happened. She immediately started yelling at me and calling me a liar. I found out after i hung up that rude witch that i had simply dialed the wrong number. I resolved the issue with the other cold stone location with ease. Now i dont understand how someone who is a OWNER of a store can even think thats its ok to accuse a customer of lying and yell at them. One of the workers even told me that he doesnt allow her to talk to customers when they have problems because she curses them out. Shes a witch and she owns the store. She didnt ask me where i got my information from or even slightly try to help me resolve my problem. Even a simple, " sir i beleive you have the wrong number because this never happened at my store location" would have sufficed. But instead she choose to call me a liar and yell at me accusing me of wanting to steal. An employee even told me she was stolen from before. So is she going to swear, yell and call every other customer a liar who has a complaint or an issue? Go there if you wish, but if they charge you extra for ice cream, mess up your order, or if you have a complaint, dont bother unless you want to hear someone call you a liar and provide terrible customer service. The corporate offices really need to do a better job hiring OWNERS. Look at the other reviews, im not the only one who has complained about her before. Good luck owning a store with that attitude. Lost my service and...
Read moreI was under the impression i was hired and after one “shift” the only thing they trained me on was how to scoop different amounts of ice cream and made me watch the other worker make a cake they had me restocking the toppings and washing dishes for a majority of when i was working then the owner was asking me to do something and he was talking to me and a customer came in and he stoped what he was telling me to do to say “you need to greet customers when they come in” then one the the other workers asked if i was still in high school and i said no i graduated and she goes “oh so you graduated early” and i said “no i graduated this past may” and she goes “so you graduated early early” and i said “no i’m 18” like … then the other workers didn’t even know how to do their job bc he kept asking the customers what they got after he just made it and gave it to them like i was stocking toppings and could tell you what they each got. then i was washing dishes and the owner comes up to me basically telling me i can just go home when he told me it’d be 4-10 not 4-7 then he told me to go change and hang up my uniform and that he’ll keep in touch and ask the other workers what they thought of me and what we should do to move forward and he told me he doesn’t think i’m comfortable in the front. like how can you know when you didn’t let me even do anything and made me stock toppings and wash dishes? then the next day the owner texts me saying my shift was just a evaluation shift but i was never informed of it being a evaluation shift. Incredibly rude and unprofessional if you’re thinking of...
Read moreNot coming back to this store EVER...!! This is the first time I saw a store show different customer service to different customers (most likely on the basis of their race and ethnicity, and I am Indian).
After a nice memorial day lunch, we (friends + family) went to this store. Like any other ice cream store our kids (all under 10) wanted to try out different flavors, the girl serving us said they are out of tasting spoons and couldn't offer samplers (just before they were offering samplers to the customers ahead of us) and she was polite in her response. FINE.. they could be out of it not a big deal and we ordered 3 small takeouts (Cookie Crumbel, Mango and Cheese Cake) and decided to have it inside the store.
Our kids noticed they handed samplers to multiple families after us, our friends who came late and ordered another 3 small cups asked if they could try some flavors and they said NO again. I'm not sure what triggers such a preferential treatment to some over others. When complained to the owner or the manager, she was condescending and said they can make exception for few over others. Likewise we can take our business to others over here.
I also see the owner responding to a similar thread making assumptions that we were there for free samples, it would have been nice if they could just check with register for facts.
Looking at how the owner handles feedback, I do expect another unprofessional response with...
