Anthropologie — Local services in Deer Park

I came to this Anthropologie with 8 days before my wedding (yes, it was a VERY fast turnaround wedding) with my mom and both of my sisters. I wasn't looking for a "wedding dress" per se, was looking for an awesome sequins dress. Myself, my mom and both of my sisters each found the perfect dress that evening. And we couldn't have done it without the amazing crew at this Anthropologie. Not only did they make this shopping experience so fun, but they were helping bringing us all the dresses they had, and overnighting a particular dress - only ONE left in the entire country. I've never experienced a team of staff as dedicated to making our visit unforgettable. To everyone there - from the bottom of my heart...

Their staff including Jessica the supposed manger is rude, unhelpful and wouldn't know the first thing about customer service. I had to return an online order which the online side messed up because they charged me shipping after the order confirmation listed there was none so there was a lot of confusion about the return amount. But rather than be empathetic and try to trouble shoot or at least pretend to care, their attitude was more like take it or leave it, bye. Also, please don't patronize people with a fake condescending tone and manner, they're on to your shenanigans. Will try to avoid shopping here in the future. Not to mention their selection is really not...

This store is back and forth depending on the staff. The new staff members there arent the greatest or most attentive. I am a long time customer of Anthropologie and this store has tanked. You walk in you dont get greeted. Since the new manger started policies have changed there. This store never carries my size seeing as I am a bigger girl and ppl arent the greatest in the dressing rooms. I have started driving 20 min out of my way to go to vernon hills or I shop on my break from work at woodfield mall. Maybe If I wait long enough they will filter through this staff and I can shop at this...
