One of their healers worked on me and I found out the next day she had installed a dark energy implant in my back, which another healer had to remove and heal. Advised the store manager and she told me I was banned from the store for bad-mouthing that healer. I would strongly recommend to avoid any healers working out of this store, especially since the manager and owner are knowingly allowing their staff to do harmful energy work on their customers. Response to owner: So...you have chosen to disagree with your customer's "account of events" and believe the lies your black magic worker has told you because....she's been so good at manipulating you for so long? It is now blatantly obvious that not only are you choosing to defend a "healer" who harms people with dark energy for her own benefit, you are choosing to continue to put future clients and the others(who actually do work in the white light), who do that work in your store, at risk because you have total disregard for the well-being of your customers and others. Just because you think someone is your friend and are who they say they are doesn't mean you should believe they do not work in the dark when you ask them. And I can 100% prove to you that she does. Fair prices and awesome selection for collectors. Really nice pieces and a wide variety. The staff were friendly and helpful. This was my first time being here and I will definitely be back. I ended up with a beautiful emerald on matrix specimen but there were so many choices !

Update: went back for my second visit. This time I met the owner. She was super friendly and helpful. She really does an awesome job with the shop. The lighting is excellent and she provides torches to inspect specimens. One of my favorite things about her shop is that many of the things you can buy come in super secure cases that hold the specimen in place and prevent dust or damage to the piece. I really enjoy this shop and think you will too. The owner also runs many events and sales from the shop. There are crystal healing sessions, tarot card reading, meditation etc. Additionally there is a rewards program definitely worth taking advantage of ! I personally never been to the shop to do a product review but that blame is on a female employee and a conversation I had over the phone. The store was closing in 15-20 mins Christmas Eve, I was about 7 mins away and called in hoping they can accommodate. Our conversation: Me- I'm 7 mins away can you wait for us. Employee- (sounding annoyed & rude) I don't mean to be rude but it's been a long week & have somewhere to be.
