I usually have a pleasant experience while shopping at TSC but today I tried to return some mirrors I bought back in the last part of March. They were in the original packaging and they didn’t work for me. I had put them in my back seat intending to return them and had forgotten about them. I was just expecting a gift card for the amount of the returned mirrors.The girl rang them up and it showed up in her system that they were 27.99 but she said since I didn’t have a receipt and it’s been over 30 days since I bought them she couldn’t refund me anything. I came into this store to give my dog a bath, but I forgot his leash. Cayce the “ store manager” made me leave. I live 20 minutes away so it wasn’t like I could just run home and grab it quick. Looks like Cayce could have offered to let me borrow a leach but instead she made me leave! I’ve been a customer at this store since it opened but I will never shop there again!
