I came to the mall specifically for a nose ring. I spent about $100. When I purchased it I did not know how to put the new nose ring in . So I asked for help and one of the girls from one stand told me to YouTube it which was a great idea. I went to the next stand on the way out and KAT asked if I had what I wanted. I told her I did and that I’m gonna go home and YouTube how to put it in like I was told to . KAT got furious and very upset that the other lady told me to YouTube anything. She asked me who told me so and I told her I’m not gonna give that information. She said she did to much time in piercing training for someone o refer me to YouTube and not her. She was nasty about it . She then charged me $10 to out the nose ring in. Then changed her mind and did it for free since I purchased with them I got home and realized that the nose ring was waaaaaaay to big and a bit ghetto on my face. So I called in and asked what I should do. They said bring in and you can exchange it or get e refund. I didn’t want to exchange cause I need the nose ring. I got there and saw a smaller gold piece for about $60. I wanted to exchange it. KAT is there telling another lady that she can’t get a refund or she’ll have to pay for the ring she receive for free in their buy on get one free deal. I didn’t like that at all . Because what sense does that make ? She’s money hungry and don’t like to give people their funds back. I proceeded with the young lady in my exchange . She talks to KaT about it and Kat comes over and tells me I’m not going to be able to get anything back . What sense does that make? Do the math ! I spent $100 on the last nose ring . This nose ring costs $60. So why wouldn’t I get anything back ? Plus I paid for insurance lol. I ask for a manager and instead of her calling the manager she called security . I’ve never had security in me a day in my life . I felt she just didn’t want to give money back as if it all goes into her account . Then she got nasty saying that I was being rude all because I called her out on the scam. So I eneddd up just getting a refund and I had to go home without a nose ring to where I could barely get my first nose ring in from before I came. I don’t like that . She’s rude money hungry and scam likely . Sneaky and unprofessional. Never again. I’d rather buy online as a matter of fact I rather not buy from Pagoda or Banter ever again. KAT...
Read moreStood in the hot store for an hour, just to leave with nothing. There was a customer demanding every employee's attention, when there were only 2 available helping customers. There was a third employee who, even after watching us wait for 30 minutes, got up and left. I assume to go on a break or leave for the day. I genuinely felt bad for the 2 remaining employees, they were clearly very stressed by the demanding customer and were left in the lurch. When another employee finally showed up, we were informed that a specific person needed to do the cartilage piercing my daughter wanted and we had to then make an appointment. This was after she had already picked out the earring and they started to ring it up! They knew what we were there for and this was the first time a "specific employee" was even brought into the conversation, let alone that we would then need an appointment. This location is SEVERELY understaffed! Props to the 2 employees who were really trying their best. Sorry management failed you. We will never be returning, especially not for piercings.
Edit to respond: NO. I will not be calling you and wasting any more of my time. You've taken plenty of...
Read moreMy ears are forever messed up because of this store lol. The employees have pierced my ears incorrectly three times now. My current earrings are asymmetrically pierced. I have two sets: the one hoop on my lobe is pierced lower than the other side, and the one post is pierced on a diagonal and is so high up that it almost/is hitting my cartilage and making my ear swell and the jewel sink into my skin. The girl who pierced me last time broke my pearl earrings that I had purchased at this location and lost the one pearl, making me have to buy the hoops I mentioned for $50+ when I had originally gone there for just a second set of earrings. They acted like it wasn't a big deal and the one girl said to just super glue the pearl back on (until the girl lost it). They gave me several coupons for my next visit, but I really don't want them to mess up my ears for the fourth time, although it seems like I'll have to go back to get my left ear repierced since it's doing damage to my skin the way it's pierced now. Save yourself the pain and disappointment and go to a tattoo shop where they also pierce. They actually know what...
