Express — Local services in Whitehall

Went in yesterday evening (10/1) to do a return in store. I was greeted and then left alone (which I prefer) However, I was unable to find the item I had to exchange to a different size, so I went ahead to do the return. A younger woman helped me, and then called over the manager. They said I couldn't return the item because it was over "30 days". I said I got it 9/2 though, I have the confirmation email.The manager then stated I ordered it on the 27th. It was a really awkward interaction and I hate confrontation so I reiterated it was delivered the 2nd.. and she just stared at me. Store policy does state 30 days but from purchase (instore) or online delivery date! I tried contacting online customer service today (10/2) and now since I am a day over the 30 days from delivery, since the 1st was my last day to return I am stuck with the item. I am disappointed in how I was treated, I know everyone had bad days but it's not like I was going out of my way to be difficult I just...

I wish I could give this location 0 stars. I have never had a pleasant experience at this location but today was by far the worst. There were 8 people in the store: 3 were employees and the other 5 were waiting in line. There was simply no reason that I should have waited in the check out line for 28 minutes (I actually timed it because it was absurd). Two employees at the cashier but the third refused to check anyone out and insisted on being a stylist for the customer in the middle of check out to help delay everyone else’s check out time.

I’m a loyal express shopper and have never seen anything like this at any other location. I will never be coming back to this location and if you want to shop, checkout, and leave in the century, I suggest that you shop...

I ordered two shirts online for store pick up today. I was at the mall for something else, but hadn't gotten the email letting me know my purchase was ready to be picked up. I went to express and figured I take a chance and ask them if I can have my items since I was there already. The two gentlemen that helped me today (wish I would have taken their name) asked for my order number and were very nice and got my items for me.
