I had excellent service at Banter By Pagoda. MS. Kayla was so helpful and patience with me. She helped setting me up with some paper work that needed to be done. She put the app on my phone so I could handle my business. The manager Ms. Jessica was also a blessing to me. I hope by doing this review these two outstanding individuals will receive some sort of compensation for the hard work and loyalty to your company. I brought my 13 year old daughter in to get her seconds done. She was a bit nervous because she has a huge fear of needles. Alina was absolutely amazing with her and very patient and made her feel comfortable. She explained everything she was doing and had her take 2 deep breaths and then had her exhale and then she told her she was going to pierce her ear. Brought my daughter in the 23rd of August for her first ear piercing. Jessica took care of everything. From helping my daughter feel very calm and prepared for her ear piercing to helping me finance/apply for the stores credit card.
