Great Customer service! I was looking for a particular part for a firearm and came across Element Armament's web site. I had previously came across several fake firearms related sites ment to defraud it's "customers" (aka victims) I had never ordered or knew of anyone who had ordered from them so I was nervous because the item was quite expensive. Element Armament had a good price on the item and was offering free shipping. I decided to order and I received confirmation of my order. However after another day I hadn't heard anything so I went to their website. I found a link at the bottom of the page that said something like "check order status" but it wouldn't work. All the other links around it worked fine. I began to believe I had ordered from a "fake" site. I emailed them and informed them of my issue. I got an email from Dave that same day. Explaining that the item had shipped, and I should have gotten an email and that they would look into the problem with that link. Later Dave updated me on how they had fixed the link. By far the worst experience at a firearm store, unprofessional and rude. How does a business that cares so little about their customers stay in business is beyond me.
