Pizza King Whiteland — Restaurant in Whiteland

Waited almost an hour and a half for pizza that I was told would take 40-45 mins. I then called the store who said they delivered my order to another person in error. They said they would remake the order and have it out to me in the next 15 mins. After almost two hours waiting for pizza I call up there and ask where my order is and I am told the delivery guy is lost and as soon as they figure out where he is I will have pizza. About 30 seconds after I hang up the delivery guy knocks on my door. I said man you found me quick for being lost on the other side of town. He says man I’m not sure what your talking about but I came straight here I’ve lived in whiteland all my life. I then call the store and let them know he’s here and that I don’t appreciate being lied to. The female manager in charge says you cannot call somewhere and complain and tell people they are liars. I said when it’s clear your lying and your guy is standing here it’s not calling you a liar it’s facts. I then let her know that my order is black and burnt and needs to be remade. She says what do I want her to do tonite about it. She says she will put me in the book. The owner then gets on the phone or at least he says he is the owner and he will handle the manager and her mouth and he is making the order correct as it sat way to long which is why it’s so black and over cooked. I then tell him part of the order is missing and he tells me that’s not possible that he knows better. It felt as if we were being told we were lying. This was supposed to be dinner for 6 kids and 4 adults. Pretty upset with this owner and his manager. This store is already crashing fast and seems to have horrible management. Will see how long they last. Definitely think I’ll be going to other Pizza Kings in the future. Not happy at all with the owner or the manager. If I could give it...

I’d give them a 0 stars if I could! Delivery times are no where near close to what actual timeframe is ( you have to call to check on your pizza), managers& owner are RUDE! Burnt pizzas, we ended up getting replacement free order out of our first try experience, second time wasn’t ANY better 35 minute delivery turned into an hour only for us to call in and be told “ it’s sitting here we forgot to get an address” really!?!? Why didn’t you call! Pizza was delivered FINALLY. Only to open the breadsticks and had all marinara sauces 🤮. ( we ordered cheese sauce) called in only to be told we were liars that there was cheese sauce, ( by the owner/manager) pretty pathetic, then we were forced to pay for the cheese sauces in which they are the ones who screwed up and this was suppose to be a FREE REPLACEMENT ORDER! What does free mean to everyone? To me it means no cost no money right! Well that’s not the case. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Won’t be going back to this location I’ll make the drive and go into greenwood to the 135 location. Y’all won’t be in business long treating...

I really do love this place. It hurt giving it only 4 stars. The food is 100% 10 stars imo. Being an Evansville Indiana native, I was beyond excited to find out there was a Pizza king up here. I order from these guys a lot, the staff is super cool. Polite and professional yet laid back about it. My only complaint is every time I order pizza, I order it "pie cut", meaning triangles, and they have yet to ever cut it how I order. I will never complain to them or have them remake it because I worked in the industry for a long time and to be honest it's not THAT big of a deal. It's not like they are putting the wrong ingredients on it and it tastes the same..it just bums me out. I hate party cut pizza. Thank you for coming...
