This CVS is extremely slow and team members at the "front line" are not friendly. I walked up and there was no greeting, they just stood there. Then I discovered that they did not fill the correct prescription that I ordered via the app, they filled a previous prescription that happened to be for the same item (thank goodness). The day before I went thru the drive-thru to pick up after receiving a text it was ready, only to find out it was not ready which required me to make a second trip. The same person was at the drive-thru and did not greet me then either, just looked at me and obviously in the drive-thru I'm there to pick up a prescription, so I said what do you need, my name or something else? They need to work on their customer service skills and attention to detail by ensuring they are filling the correct prescription (the most recent) not just the first one that may have popped up on their screen.

There’s been so many issues them claiming to have sent back my prescription when they didn’t even check. I’ve been told they won’t fill a prescription for me sent by the Dr because it’s always to expensive for parents and they would give me a quote where they never call with the quote and the prescription was free with insurance. Also have waited over an hour in line to be told unsure why rx wasn’t filled but it would be another hour this was 6 hours after being called in for a surgery. Last but not least this rx above… came back to get it and they filled the wrong one.
