My husband has been waiting since before the reopening & finally got me talked into ordering today.. he got hung up on during the order so we couldn’t make payment, he got the text 20 min after ordering that the pizza was ready , he waited another 20 min to call & had to call 4x for an answer and make the payment & was told the text was a mistake & they were waiting on wings . The delivery came an hr and half after we ordered & his pizza was so cold the Parmesan Cheese he added wouldn’t even melt into the pizza . Basically this was a big disappointment & inconvenience for the money spent. I’m not a pizza fan so I decided on wings and my husband finally got his pizza and has been so upset since we received our order . I called 2 hours in advance to place my order and drove from Martinsville to pick up. Waited 20 mins past my 630 pick up time, was given half my order and said my second pizza would be just a minute (it was just a sausage and pepperoni). 20 minutes later, they realized they had given my pizza to somebody else and was making me another one. So 40 mins later I was finally able to head home only for the pizzas to taste terrible, myself and 3 kids couldn't even eat it. Then the not very friendly lady just says "yeah, sorry about that". I was looking forward to their pizza. Unfortunately it was very salty. My family didn't even eat it. I called, I was polite and asked if they put salt on the pizza. The gentlemen said they salt the bottom of the crust. It was way too salty and I put salt on everything. The gentlemen acted like it was no big deal, no apology, no, let me make it better for you, just nothing. Not looking for a free hand out but at least try and make it right. Not good customer service. Take out the over salted pizza, it would have been good. Just ask for no salt and salt to your own...
