Hate it…but STAY AWAY! I wanted to support local and Just Lift It had decent reviews. Had a cab mount chop performed on my Tacoma and I am not sure they have ever performed one. The cut was so far back and the plate that was made and welded was crooked with bad welds. There were jagged edges in the cuts and it looked like it was someone’s first time. Because it was cut so far back, the plate welded on began rubbing on the bolt making a very loud squeaking noise. I brought it back in and was told it would be fixed along with the rest of the mess pertaining to the cuts and welds and lack of welds since it wasn’t welded on the bottom (see photos). He literally just put a crowbar between the plate and bent it back away from the bolt and told me to just drive it around for a week or so and if I don’t like it bring it back. Texted him and told him I would like for it cleaned up and finished. He said to text Tuesday so he could check the schedule and I was informed there was a little availability on Saturday and I explained that’s fine but it’s okay if not as I did not want it rushed. Did not hear back and the Tornados hit our town. I was respectful enough to wait roughly 3 weeks before inquiring on if they would still be able to and understanding of the circumstances. Was told yes and still had yet to hear back. Wound up utilizing an awesome shop in Franklin that performs this type of work because the plates were rusting on my truck and had easily separated from my cab (see photo). I reached out to them on a refund for the “service” that was performed on my truck and have essentially been ghosted. Very unfortunate because I truly wanted it to be good and felt I was trying to give them opportunities to correct it but they sadly were unable to. I went in with my own parts about 3 weeks ago, to get a 3 inch lift installed on my 2007 Silverado classic, i automatically got an unwelcoming vibe but the guy was super quick with it which was I mean not really a bother but I thought it was a long job, he insisted I went and get an alignment ASAP so I went to big o which where they told me my entire front end needed to be rebuilt to be able to align it. I understand he may not have know my front end was bad but could have saved me some money to figure that out while he was in there installing the lift. My front end gets on, 3 weeks later I see in the shocks that just lift it installed with the lift one of the washers that sits on top was upside down, causing the upper bushing to blow out like a banana 800 miles in on the new front end and lift. So I call cause I had a 90 day warranty and the front desk lady just simply tells me that we will have to find it out if it’s something I did while driving or how he installed it and it honestly infuriated me because why would an 800 mile bushing be blowing out like this? So I bring it in the next day and I show him photos have him look and he says that it wasn’t something he did but he will just go ahead and do it. What a waste of time. And my money. I got a 6 inch lift from just lift it on a 2019 Silverado 4x4 4 door so about 2 months after I go the lift cv axle is going out I thought it was ball joint grease so I took it back down there owner said was cv axle drove it some more I front right felt like it was falling apart took it to any Mohr they said it was from lift I took it back down there they said one bolt Andy Mohr said a few so I drove it more took it to dealership get the cv axle change under warranty I couldn't because cv axle was damage from the lift I took it back down there took have them replace it set up appointment to get it fix went back down there didn't have the part cost me days work they never called me at all I'm from indy by track so made another appointment I called this time was in so person work there said she did order the part n set up appointment for Wednesday I took it in wrong cv axle they had to call gm to get the right one I had to wait from 9am to 530p when they called me put my keys n mail box because they were closing n left thank God no one stole the key n stole my truck I will ver take my truck or refer them to anyone because they did a pass poor job there was a guy waiting on them because they mest up his truck also please never take your truck there pay the money for good service ...
